Agorapulse is a social media tool that helps you engage, publish content, listen, collaborate, and report. Agorapulse allows you to write, edit schedule and post all from within one platform. You can post and engage across multiple platforms from one place, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube. You can access all your content, comments, and messages from one place, meaning you can centralize and simplify notifications. Through this centralized dashboard, you can also review, assign, tag, and reply to tasks and messages. Agorapulse allows you to monitor all the conversations about your brand on social media so you can get a better idea of what customers are saying about you and what they think about your brand, as well as keeping tracks of hashtags and influencers. "The ONLY platform you should use for a marketing/social media agency"

What do you like best?

I love Agora Pulse. We switched from a competition recently, and we have not even turned back once to think about if it was the right move or not. We are an agency that houses over 80+ social profiles and the bandwidth of our previous platform could not hold us. With Agora we are able to be treated as the Agency we are and they help us every step of the way. I will never go back to what we had before. Plus the price CAN'T BE BEAT. What do you dislike?

They don't have google my business yet as a platform that you can add. Once they do that the entire game for Agora will be changed.Other than that, we have not run into any issues with them that has caused me to dislike their platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The platform we were with before came with every single problem you could imagine. We were with them for years. Now, being with Agora we have not had one problem and have been seeing solutions and results when running into an issue. I have realized the benefits of having Agora gives us analytics, social media scheduling across various platforms at the same time, data that we have never been able to see or realize we had access to, and the support and care of the customer service and sales teams that make working with Agora the top-notch and only choice for what we are wanting to have as our main platform. "Realistic Workflow and Sexier Than Hootsuite"

What do you like best?

The most helpful aspect of Agorapulse for my organization is the cost to value ratio. The features and benefits included in their lowest tier plan rival that of a $600 per month Hootsuite account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the content approval process for sending to CLIENTS specifically, in that, you (the content creator) are unable to get approval through the user interface (online) and expectedly receive comments about the reason or issue the content is rejected- IF- you DO NOT specifically choose to send that post (content) for approval by ticking the send email check box. My point is that most clients are NOT going to log into Agorapulse daily, learn the user interface, and check notifications or alerts for new content assigned to them. This is fundamentally flawed and the workflow is designed for social media content creators to communiate with social media managers NOT clients.

Additionally, you are unable to respond directly to those rejection comments for clairification (if needed) UNLESS you edit the content and then resend for apporval. This created a disconnect when clairfication is needed first before a revision and also creates an additonal email you must send outside of Agorapulse. This inadvertinely may make the client uncomfortable in being dragged into a content creation conversation and overwhelmed with emails rather than a simple notification email from Agorpulse. I'm solving the major problem of timely team communication and client approval of a content calendar without having to pay $600 a month. A benefit I have realized is "listening" to hashtags and keywords on each respective social media platform through the Listening feature. "A wonderful solutions with equally wonderful customer support."

What do you like best?

I love all of the publishing options, the ability to add custom tags for tracking in Analytics, and all of the hints. This allows me to get more help from my team in scheduling posts. The reports have enough helpful stats that we can compose a report that impresses each client monthly. I'm also very impressed with their level of customer service. I feel like I'm their only client many days, and I know that's not true. We use this for several clients. Since we manage everything for them, they don't need access, but love the features I can offer because we have a larger account than they need. It's worked out well for us all. What do you dislike?

I don't have enough time to really delve into all the features. We will be doing this in Q4. I know I'm not using it as well as I could use it, primarily because we set everyone up in it started scheduling immediately and then didn't go into learning all of the features that the competitors don't offer or offer at a much higher price. Time management! And we look great to clients. They love charts and stats to go with the story we tell them that goes with the numbers - the logic, the planning. Once a month, we create a batch of relevant posts, upload them, and then choose the dates & times we'd like them to post. AgoraPulse does the rest, including statistics & reporting! "My favourite tool for Social Media management"

What do you like best?

Ease of use has to be number one. It's so user friendly, much more so than many other products I've tried and I love the calendar. It lets me see everything schedule at once and so easy to have team members submit and leave for approval. Part of my work is managing events and it means team members often change, and with Agorapulse the learning curve is super low due to its intuitive features.

It's the perfect agency tool and the latest report features are fabulous. I am able to create custom reports to suit. The social listening tools are a good send, especially if you run events.

And I only recently realised I could manage youtube there as well!

Customer service has to be highly rated here as well. Always super prompt and helpful. I also love the extras, the community, the research done by Social Media Lab adds tremendous value and saves a lot of time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike, only that some social platforms don't allow us to manage all features (for example Facebook groups limit what you can do. I would love to be able to generate reports and to interact). Being able to block twitter spammers from within would be great too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time is the biggest saver. Time saved with scheduling, social listening and learning time for team members. Portability is another, having the app means no matter where I am I can be on top of my social listening, and respond to customers quickly. A must-have

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I easily got attached to Agora first because of its user-friendly interface. Everything in it is intuitive and likens everyday apps we use so even beginners won't have a hard time. Then I got really hooked with its reporting on social media campaign outcomes. They help me know which content is trending and which ones didn't take off. With these insights, I'd know how to better play the game next time, improve strategizing, and thus, gain a stronger market position.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing I don't like about this app. It's just perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Agora puts me in greater control of my accounts. I can respond faster to queries, delete negative comments or mentions before anyone sees it, share weekly update reports to clients, and schedule posts that were not possible without Agora.

"Simple, yet powerful. Covers everything we need."

What do you like best?

The interface is very simple and clear. Nothing overwhelming. You can schedule content across multiple platforms for multiple brands easily. Manage comments, DMs, ads, and easily access reports for each brand. You can even set these to auto-export which I love. Compared to other similar software it's really well priced. What do you dislike?

I would love to see a unified report where I can monitor/see an overview of all the brands we manage in one go. This is just to see overall trends and check if any brands aren't following the general trajectory. I would also like to see an RSS integration for pulling content to report. "Fabulous reports and super easy to use"

What do you like best?

"Easiest, most frictionless Social Media tool I have used yet"

What do you like best?
