I have been using this for almost 2 years. I am not an HR but still as an individual helps me a lot. When I see this app from the HR point of view it is very useful and eases their work as it can manage the high strength of employees. Perfect for reporting and leave management is very easy. Greythr is available as the cell phone app, which can assist everywhere I go.
There is not much to dislike about it as it doesn't have any negative points. All I can think of a negative point is with its phone application is when we apply for leave, we do not have the option to mark anyone in cc. It would be better if we have this option as well because there are some scenarios when we need to notify more than 1 person in my firm.
