"Great platform!"

What do you like best?

I like that ContentCal has a clean and straightforward user interface. ContentCal is easy to use and understand. The videos on their YouTube channel have also been beneficial. My favorite part about ContentCal is the ability and ease to duplicate posts for other weeks or to other Facebook Pages.

What do you dislike?

At this time, I do not dislike anything about ContentCal.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I encourage you to try ContentCal. It really is a great platform and can help you achieve your goals for social media!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to do everything from one website. I can duplicate previous posts very quickly if I need to reuse the same information. Also, connecting your social media accounts is really easy to do!

Horrible and Deceitful Company

Horrible company. Overpriced service and most features don't work properly. You have to give these crooks 30 days notice to cancel your account. What in the world? I understand such a policy for reliant contractors who are putting in work but not for software. Come on trolls.

"Great responsive service with some product limitations"

What do you like best?

Great ability to schedule across multiple and a large variety of platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Works especially well when one has multiple accounts on the same platform - duplicating and adjusting content is really easy.

Approvals process works well for large/complex companies who need to be able to control levels of access and permissions.

Great customer service (thanks Andy!) to solve our Instagram scheduling woes - responsive given that we are on opposite sides of the globe.

What do you dislike?

Inability to locally schedule to Instagram - have to use multiple integrations through Zapier and Buffer in order to schedule content across more than one Instagram account, and this may come at some cost to some uses. Buffer is not particularly robust, and sometimes is sensitive to the kind of content it will publish.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Approvals process is quick and easy, and allows to duplicate and schedule content across multiple platforms extremely quickly.

"I'm actually a bit in love with ContentCal!"

What do you like best?

For me the best thing is the ability to have an idea and immediately start a post in one place; The Content Hub, which is your library and save it there. You can then go back in and amend it and when you're ready - schedule it to post. The other great feature of the Content Hub is that you can set up Category 'tags' on your posts and search them for future use. This is really important to me and for my clients that they use a wide range of Content, and you can see at a glance if there is something that needs tweaking. There is no need to have your Content ideas all other the place, in Excel docs or notes.

I love the drag and drop feature where you can start a post on one day, then decide to just drag it into another day instead. The 'post as approved' is another great feature that cuts down on time.

Also super useful is the 'duplicate a post' option and the fact that you know how many characters you have for each Social Channel.

I' just about to start using ContentCal for my Facebook Groups and cross-posting - which again is going to save so much time and ideal having it all in one place.

It's brilliant, can't recommend ContentCal highly enough!

What do you dislike?

There's nothing I dislike about ContentCal - it's probably the best thing I'm using for mine and my clients Business currently. It's easy to use and navigate, the support is fantastic and there is even a 'Request a Feature' tab in the menu.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just try it, you will love it and never go back to your old ways of scrabbling around in spreadsheets, copy and pasting and in 3 different planners. It's so user-friendly and the support is great.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Love the Content Hub, for ideas that you can quickly make a note of and save info and links all in one place. Saving time as no more copy and paste from other places!

Love the use of snippets and that you can call up emoji's and search for a particular one without leaving the App. It's the little things like this that make ContentCal so good.

"Better than Hootsuite!"

What do you like best?

Navigation and functionality is good. The calendar is simple and visually nicer that other similar content schedulers. Customer support is accessible and friendly.

The analytics are great, too - I love the 'best time to post' feature!

What do you dislike?

It would be better if the customer portal was within the browser app, although it's not a problem being the way it is.

A mobile app for scheduling would be good too - the website is now mobile optimised which is great, but an app would make things a little easier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm spending less time scheduling content. Hootsuite had certain glitchy issues that meant spending time going through scheduled posts and fixing them.

I've yet to use the campaign scheduler but I think this will be really good feature when it comes to planning out campaigns - I usually use Google Sheets to map out a project so it's great that I'll be able to do it in ContentCal.

I don't have a social media team using the account (just me at the moment) but when we come to have a team, I think using this will be loads better than Hootsuite, which we have used for the past few years - the ability to leave things unapproved, and approve/reject accordingly will be really handy.

"ContentCal for Client Access"

What do you like best?

I like how visual everything is in the calendar view and I like the affordable price since I'm utilizing it with a small business client. It's simplistic and so it wasn't difficult for my client to catch onto.

What do you dislike?

I came from using more enterprise-level software, so I think it's almost TOO simplistic, yet I feel like it's not entirely intuitive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My client wanted something they could log into to see their content calendar update in real time, so we decided to go with Content Cal due to the price. It definitely does just that, and allows them to pull their own reporting, saving me time and headaches.

"Great software and amazing customer service!"

What do you like best?

The simplicity - it is really easy to use and does not over complicated the key features like many other competitors. Also the customer service has been outstanding, special thanks to Andy.

What do you dislike?

Nothing as of yet! And additional features are being looked into.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling content for multiple platforms and monitoring engagement / activity. Plus the ability to reply to all messages across the platforms in the 'Respond' feature is great!

"Campaign planning made easy with Content Cal"

What do you like best?

There are plenty of factors that I like about Content material Cal, even so, if I'd to select which function I like ideal, it might most likely be the intuitive person interface. It is possible to check out the calendar in "list", "week" or "month" which is an excellent visualization of what it developing. I also enjoy the "approval circulation process" it is a tremendous basic method of getting approvals via your pipeline of manager/overseers.

What do you dislike?

Not a lot of to complain about. Anything at all I dislike, I speedily converse towards the Content Cal

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My company is within the means of heading from begin approximately massive company and Material Cal has offered us the instruments we want to acquire over a standard social media marketing cadence and it has very easily authorized us to program months in superior.
