Hands-down the best scheduler available
I've been using ContentCal for around 18 months now for both my own content and that of my clients. As a Social Media Manager, it's invaluable to have one place where everything lives. The interface is super user-friendly and the fact clients can also have a login means there's no back and forth trying to get content signed off. I rarely have issues but when I do the team could not be more helpful and always get problems resolved as soon as they can, even jumping on a call if necessary to do so. I've tried a number of other content schedulers and this is by far the best. If you're managing social media manager, whether for yourself or clients, this is hands-down the best scheduler out there.

Jas & the team are awesome!!
I've used pretty much every scheduler out there and I can confidently say that ContentCal is the best!! The thing that sets them apart from their competitors is their customer support team. Their live chat is pretty much 24/7 (Not quite but I think it's 7am-1am Mon-Fri) and they are always available if you have any issues and will organise a Zoom call when needed. Jas is awesome and I can't recommend them enough!

Social media scheduling made easy!
We've been using ContentCal for around four years now and are still really enjoying the experience. We use it for our own marketing, from a planning perspective and then writing, approving, and publishing the content too!

What do you like best?

There are so many good things to say about ContentCal. For Twitter, it's amazing - as you can repurpose content very easily - it finds the Twitter @handles easily, when you type them in, it offers some audience analytics - when they are most online - which is v. helpful since Twitter dropped that. It's fantastic for the approvals process with clients - I'm not brilliant at planning very far ahead, so it's just good to know that clients can quickly check / comment and approve content. There are some areas I've not utilised enough - like saving hashtag groups for Instagram. I'll work on that! I also love the fact you can colour code your different streams of content so you know that it's well balanced. You can keep things on the 'pinboard' so 'ideas dump' very easily. Also note any key awareness days. I feel it avoids having TOO many different tools to work with - minimising dependence on Trello, for instance. I like the fact you've got a Preview Button too - so that you can see exactly what your post will look like. Also, customer service is incredible - instant responses!

What do you dislike?

Couple of minor things – with Twitter posts, you can only @mention up to three accounts in a tweet, so if you're doing a big tagging Tweet, you have to go back to Twitter itself to post. With LinkedIn I don't find the @handles come up so easily when I type them in. I think the Posts Library wasn't working so well when I last used it - but hopefully that's now sorted.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time management! And juggling different clients. It just makes it so easy to manage that process of getting ideas to then finished posts ready to go out. I did, though, accidentally upload a post to the wrong client profile once!! Whoops! It didn't go out - but bizarre that happened!
