The product just works. We were able to incorporate iFlyChat into our workflow quickly and user response has been glowing. iFlyChat offers numerous customization options and API endpoints so you can do exactly what you need to do. Support has been extremely responsive to our questions and has asked for feedback on numerous occasion. They've even implemented some features we've recommended.What do you dislike?
iFlyChat is missing a few API endpoints that would have allowed us to do everything we wanted. However, they are working to implement them based on our feedback.Recommendations to others considering the product:

We needed a way for our clients to quickly contact us and ask questions. iFlyChat provided a way for them to do that. Our clients were extremely enthusiastic about the service and remarked that it is a feature that sets us apart from our competitor. We have staff members that focus on niche topics, so our clients can select which staff member they want to contact. Other chat software we tried would just client questions in a queue for the next available person. iFlyChat allowed us to offer personalized experience that other products could not offer.
