"A Social Experience That Is Worth It"

What do you like best?

Falcon helps our company keep our social media in check. We love to use the content calendar to schedule posts or cross-post to different social platforms. We stay in touch with social media listening using the engage section. Reports can be built based on all the data you're getting. It's a great multi-use platform for social media!

What do you dislike?

Accounts randomly disconnect but we do get notifications. We wish that Falcon would be able to support dynamic ads a little bit better. Also, it can be expensive for what you get.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're using Falcon to help our clients social media needs. We can monitor and actively participate in their multiple social media platforms and stay on top of everything trending. By being active and using Falcon, we're helping our clients put their brand out there for exposure to increase sales and awareness.

"Falcon is Helping Us Completely Revamp Our Social Media Culture!"

What do you like best?

For our team, we use the Publish and Engage features the most. The ability to schedule out your content as far in advance as you want and see it all laid out daily & weekly for an overview is such a game changer. No more Google Spreadsheets having to hold that information for us! The Engage feature has been awesome in terms of helping us sort out our platform activity. Our customer rep has been helpful and the team has done a great job on-boarding us.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was an option to build a segment or feed for "comments and conversations" only, without having to click on each post to read the comments. It's easier for comments and conversations to be missed or overlooked when you have to go post-by-post.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to stay organized and see all of my content in real-time. I'm very big picture, Falcon helps me post, engage and listen all while being able to see an overview of our projects. They're truly helping us push our social content in the direction it needs to go!

Perceptive tool

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it's easy for me to manage the workflow on Falcon, and there are plenty of helpful insights we can use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to be able to consistently tag a Facebook page. Sometimes it doesn't work even if we spell out the words, so I'm not quite sure why that's happening.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm now able to make use of insights from the engagement reports so I can be more strategic in the frequency and time of my posts.

"Can I have it all in one platform? Yes, with Falcon you can"

What do you like best?

Awesome support. Quick and right to the point. Even when the issue is not solved you feel like you have it all explained. And if there's a feature that the platform still doesn't have, you know that it's going to a list of requests.

What do you dislike?

Not much actually. But a few negative points are no export feature available for dashboards; not enough metrics available on the listening tool; twitter metrics incomplete; no link clicks available for Instagram stories; no analytics available for youtube; no separation in the export files between dark and organic posts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Look at the features available. Ask for a demo. If it fills out most of your necessities then GO for it.

Most of the problems I have within social media are solved inside Falcon. The biggest benefit is having all within one single platform.

"Very effective tool. Reliable and easy to use."

What do you like best?

I like the auto detection of if an image is too large. Falcon easily allows me to adjust an image to the size needed for the channel I am posting on.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that you cannot post galleries directly on the website.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Incredibly easy to use. Awesome tool for very experienced posters as well as beginners.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My posting schedule is easy to plan with the visual friendly layout. I also benefit a great deal from user friendly quick editing tools and shortcuts. This makes my content much more professional looking and consistent across the board. I especially like how it says "instagram, facebook, etc" for proper sizing.

"Simple, intuitive, incredible customer service."

What do you like best?

Falcon is simple to use, has an awesome UX and all the times I needed help, the customer service team was fast and assertive. The reports are incredible and really helpful for my team to measure our sucess. The copy post feature is really easy helpful when we just need to replicate the same content for other channels and countries. The labels are also a great resource that help us with multiple and specific reports, since we usually work with several initiatives and countries at the same time. The engage tab is really helpful too for us to do make sure that our Community Management is up to date.

What do you dislike?

The app could be really better and faster. Also we sometimes have trouble posting bigger videos and IGS, it's not always that easy to figure out a way that we can post these types of content. It has happened before that some posts failed to be posted and we need to do that manually on the last second. When you're launching a new initiative across multiple countries, that can be a big problem. If you had a more complete app version, it would also be really helpful since the Quick Posting App and the Hub App are not as complete as the desktop version of Falcon.

Schedulling posts on multiple channels and countries in an easy and fast way. The reports are incredible too.

"Easy to use Social Management Platform"

What do you like best?

The ability to assign comments to team members. This makes it easy to manage expectations and ensure the right things are escalated.

What do you dislike?

A seamless integration with Unmetric would be great, also easy-to-pull reports (similar to unmetric) would be amazing.

So far, the best social media management tool. Highly recommend.

We needed a Social management tool that allowed us to schedule posts, monitor comments, and collaborate with team members. After trying other tools, this has been the most comprehensive and easy to use.

"Refreshing Customer Experience and Personal Attention"

What do you like best?

The availability of both our representatives and the technical team to help troubleshoot any issues.

The streamlined interface and forward-thinking approach to integrations.

The mobile app is easy to use and up to date (most mobile apps we've experienced seem like an afterthought vs the desktop experience).

What do you dislike?

Metrics and reporting are a little lacking, but the other features make up for it. And we were given a clear time table for implementation of future analytics updates.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to have a seamless transition from one enterprise-level social media management tool to Falcon. The onboarding process, regular trainings, and frequent touchbases with our reps has been a breath of fresh air when compared to our experience with other similar platforms.

Certain features within Falcon have allowed us to ensure our clients have the exact level of involvement in their social media process that they need, and features like shareable views give us more control over how much larger teams can be aware of what is being published on social media.
