The streamlined interface and forward-thinking approach to integrations.
The mobile app is easy to use and up to date (most mobile apps we've experienced seem like an afterthought vs the desktop experience).
What do you dislike?
Metrics and reporting are a little lacking, but the other features make up for it. And we were given a clear time table for implementation of future analytics updates.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were able to have a seamless transition from one enterprise-level social media management tool to Falcon. The onboarding process, regular trainings, and frequent touchbases with our reps has been a breath of fresh air when compared to our experience with other similar platforms.
Certain features within Falcon have allowed us to ensure our clients have the exact level of involvement in their social media process that they need, and features like shareable views give us more control over how much larger teams can be aware of what is being published on social media.
