Having everything in one place and an extremely easy user experience makes our day to day role so much easier. The features and intuition of the platform are fantastic.
We do have some improvements that would make life easier and the Brandwatch team are great at taking these on board. We'd love to see some Engage features improved in terms of feed structure and peer to peer management.
Brandwatch shows us all of our platforms in one place and really does keep up to date with the ever changing landscape of social media and it's capabilities. It allows us to timely react to our customers and filter by keywords/importance too.
I most like the comprehensive nature of the search results. I also like the simple user interfaces which have led me to develop more discipline for my social media practice. My sales rep was among the best I have ever worked with while purchasing a tech service which have been many over decades as an agency owner and marketing exec- so incredibly helpful solving two very real business problems for me before I even purchased. It showed real partnership.
I'm not sure if this is a dislike as much as a reality- It takes time to understand how to produce the best results. Training reources are much better than their competitors I have worked with but I always feel like me and my ADD want it to be easier to learn.
I can tell my clients and show them with authority what is happening with their content and brand in the context of their competition and entire industry. I'm still early in my relationship but I think the customer loyalty being generated is high.

The Platform is very consistent and has great features that help us manage our accounts on a daily basis.
I believe that there is nothing that I don't like, but that there is room for some essential features because in the reporting part we don't have an analysis of feelings.
When creating a Dashboard, other users cannot edit it, only the user who created the Dashboard, making a new view impossible.
Through the Platform, we can plan our content and schedule it on different networks automatically.
We were able to quickly respond to direct messages from our consumers and also analyze proprietary metrics.
I like that Brandwatch is an all-in-one tool for social media management so that all channels can be taken care of in one place. It's a very user-friendly yet at the same time powerful tool that helps us not only keep up with conversations happening on our own channels, but ABOUT us through its social listening capabilities. Brandwatch has saved our team so much time and streamlined our processes. I have Brandwatch open all the time, every day! Their customer support is also very responsive in chat and helps me resolve any issues or questions quickly.
There are some areas I'm wanting Brandwatch to approve, such as the ability to schedule retweets and quote tweets as these are a big part of our Twitter strategy.

One tool for everything. If you are managing several social media accounts, Brandwatch is a great solution for managing your channels. Through one platform you can create content, publish, interact with users and analyse the performance of your content and pages. Also have an AI tool that will help you to create the best content and will guide on the engagement of your page.
The only think that is missing on the brandwatch tool is a more complete advertising module. Having the possibility of creating, managing and analyzing your ads (from several platforms) in a unique tool would be amazing.
Time-saving!! With Brandwatch i can save time creating content for several channels. I also have a better control and overview of my channels and content.
Brandwatch is easy to use without watching videos or reading a lot of text. I am noticing a wonderful responds to posts that I do not see with other platforms. Also, Brandwatch is innovative and has direct links to many other popular software such as Salesforce. The integrations are seamless and the account management team is knowledgeable.
The software is quite good. The key is understanding what you are buying and ensuring your Backoffice is programmed with everything you expected.

The best feature of Brandwatch is the ability to asign queries to anyone in the organisation.
Some channels don't have the ability to block users.

My most minor favorite thing about SMM is that although I see listening content in feeds I can't respond to it directly in the feed
SMM helps us to be in control of the contents and facilitates the work with teams from different countries, as it allows the customization of the platform in different zones. Another thing that is incredible is the possibility of TikTok publication and coverage.
The team is very responsive and willing to help. They do periodic checkins that are useful and help optmize our useage of the platform. It compares to competitors in a great way. You get a lot of value for what you pay for. If you're an agency or work for a group of companies it's the perfect management tool.
There's a few features that I'd like to see rolled out. When talking to my account manager she mentioned getting them added in some kind of "beta" but never followed up. Though this is a small issue and I love the product.
It's helping with effeciency, time management and marketing optimization. It provides our clients with clarity and understanding, and is easy to teach new employees

The most feature I like about Brandwatch Social Media Management tool is that we can easily track all the social media platform in a single place and create interactive dashboards for reporting purpose , we also schedule are advertising, see the targeted audience and many more.
Here are some points which i have to covered like connectivity error with the channels which cause wrong data and information. They have also some limitations like it can't connect with all social media channels.Sometimes delayed in assistance from customer support.
It really helps to solve the problem like tracking our competitor, targeting the right audience, bulk listing , campaigns tracking from different platform in a single place.It also helps to solve the challenges of monitoring and analyzing social media activities , providing valuable insights for effective brand strategy.
