Chatlio is a live chat app with full Slack integration that boosts visitor engagement. It is compatible with all operating systems and can be activated in three simple steps. Authorise and connect the app in Slack, procure the Chatlio widget code snippet from the website and set up your customised interface to begin chatting with your visitors. You can also style your own widget, choosing from options like Button, Chip and Tab, and then customising it with colours, shapes, and labels of your choice at no extra cost. The Chatlio app can be integrated with your website seamlessly and functions as a complete customer care system that can be used to chat with visitors without any additional software support. The automatic messaging feature of the app also helps drive visitor engagement. "Simply the best LiveChat for Slack"

What do you like best?

When I discovered Chatlio almost 3 years ago, it was a game-changer for me. I hated to have to install "another" third-party software or web-based application to run my LiveChat. But with Chatlio, I was able to onboard my team of 10 support agents that were already on Slack in less than 10 minutes. No need to set up again 10 accounts, or to upload a profile picture, bio, etc... I just log in once with Slack and boom! I was all set. It was love at first sight, and Chatlio never failed us from that moment. I highly recommend this product, it simply has all the features we need.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike about Chatlio, it's a great product.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't hesitate, they were the first to offer such a product and they are the best at what they are doing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Provide real-time support to my prospective buyer or existing customer. It helps me build trust.

"Chatlio is Wonderful!"

What do you like best?

Chatlio is an excellent livechat support feature. You can easily customize the template, hours of operation and more. Our version of Chatlio is linked to Slack. Slack is how our Chatlio talks to us; it allows everyone in the office the opportunity to read tech support questions to filter who is best suited to answer. We have never had any issues with Chatlio, including no disruptive maintenance. There are multiple subscription levels that allow you to expand your chat resources to more people in the office, and be able to store all conversations in an archive. We only have one site we would need Chatlio for; however, one subscription gives you access to as many sites as necessary.

What do you dislike?

The integration process with slack can be difficult, especially if you have a small implementation team. Once you have the Chatlio feature, people on the other end have no way of minimizing their chat button. Sometimes our users need to look at information that is covered by the button but overall this is really not an issue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Chatlio allows us another option besides phone and email for customer support. It gives users a "quick question" option that gives our support team plenty of time to respond. Like I said before, we use Chatlio through Slack. Everyone in our company has the ability to look at the chats coming in, which allows us to answer based on areas of expertise. It reduces the number of phone calls which gives us time to prepare better answers for our clients.

"A new chat experience for business users."

What do you like best?

Chatlio opens a new door to all those people or users who have a website with products, this application simple to manage and easy to configure will allow us to see in real time the opinions of new projects and the opinion on the products something I find very innovative for all those companies that have been working with websites, offers high quality chat and settings for you to feel much more comfortable when using the program.

What do you dislike?

I have no complaints about its use but if I have seen a few complaints regarding what credit cards are, it seems to me that they still do not work very well, but to me personally has never presented me with problems.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I personally would recommend to small and medium businesses to implement this wonderful application in their work because it maintains a high level of communication, in addition to being high quality, has a free trial thing that I have not seen in other applications that are extremely expensive and offer much less than chatlio, so I think that this software is worth much more.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since I use Chatlio I maintain a high level of communication with partners, colleagues and customers, something that is of paramount importance for the steady growth of the company, thanks to this tool we are always available to communicate with customers and keep ourselves informed about the products.

"Chatlio is a profitable, affordable addition to our website "

What do you like best?

Chatlio offers a simple display that integrates with slack quite nicely. It allows us to communicated with our customers instantly and provide better service and support to them.

What do you dislike?

I really can't think of anything that I dislike. I think that it would be nice if there were Pre-qualifying questions that the customer would have to answer before the message was pushed off to us.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a lot of traffic that come through our website and having the option to chat directly with a user has been a huge benefit. This is also a lead generating tool.

"Trusted and invaluable Live Chat feature"

What do you like best?

It is easy to integrate, customize and maintain. In addition, we love the fact you can use it through Slack. It has been a time saver and brought great value to our customer service. Outstanding product, affordable, great Support team and brilliant Founder. Hats off to John for his ingenious creation.

What do you dislike?

There isn't a thing that we dislike about it.

I would most certainly purchase Chatlio at any company I work during my career. It has been extremely helpful to us here.

"Solid chat software we use with slack. "

What do you like best?

The integration with slack is pretty good. We're able to do cool things like tell which customer we're talking to before they even tell us. This is very helpful for pulling up records quickly, and other obvious reasons.

What do you dislike?

It hasn't really given me much trouble, unlike other software.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

While we still need 2 vendors for internal messaging and external chat, Chatlio's integration has made it possible to use only 1 software (in this case, slack due to the integration.

"Best way to connect with customers"

What do you like best?

I love the integration features. Formerly we used Hubspot, and found it was a mess. The ability to handle and share conversations in Slack is amazing, and the reason we switched. It's 100% worth the pain and effort to switch from Hubspot Messenger feature. We would love to see Chatlio expand the integration to allow more and varied interactions.

What do you dislike?

The lower end subscription could use or operators. The 50$/month is a bit steep. At lease for startups.

Would it be possible to watch customers on the site, and based on activity open a call conversation with them directly?

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We want to connect with customers as fast as possible. We love the feature that lets us know how long a customer has waited for feedback.

"Been using it for 10 months. Love it."

What do you like best?

It's awesome having customer support right there in slack. Saved replies are super helpful.

What do you dislike?

I wish I could "/leave" a chat without clearing the chat history in the user's window. Sometimes they haven't responded in a while and I'm sure they just got distracted so I want them to see what I wrote if they come back, but I also want to /leave the chat myself....

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're running a consumer web app - and Chatlio has been by far the best resource we've had for identifying user touchpoints in our app that are confusing/problematic. Countless bugs and feature requests have come from Chatlio chats.

"Reliable and friendly user interface"

What do you like best?

Tone that tells me that someone is on-line asking a question, and that goes out to entire sales force.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes hard to remember which menu item I should click on to monitor incoming on-line questions and then to connect to the caller to reply to them. Maybe it should switch modes automatically when a question comes in so that we can answer immediately.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Engages customer and encourages them to stay on our site for a minute or two while their question is answered
