Userback lets users provide tools to their customers to collaborate and give feedback on all of the user's web projects from a single and centralized location. Users can add multiple projects along with their team members and accordingly manage them with project-based restrictions. It is also possible for users to integrate Userback into their client's project management workflow tool and give clients the tools to turn feedback into actionable tasks. Insights into the performance of web projects or client campaigns are available in real-time. The collected feedback can also contain screenshots and edits for better depiction of the issue. Feedback management is possible too, via tagging, categorizing, and filtering. The tool integrates with several bug tracking software and project management tools to initiate relevant processes triggered by actionable feedback. The integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Trello, Asana, Gitlab, Basecamp, WordPress, and more.

What do you like best?

I really like the ease of use with this tool. It can be installed on nearly any web project withing minutes and enables screenshot notation and user feedback for your project. You can customize the feedback call-to-action with hardly any effort on a project basis. Recently, they added video capture to the list of capabilities, and I am very much looking forward to deploying that new feature i upcoming projects.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see categories like (open) as a glancable badge in the projects overview.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Userback is easy to combine with WordPress using the plugin. If you add the snippet manually you can even get feedback on the backend of WordPress (like ACF forms etc.)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use it to get feedback in ongoing HTML5 web apps and pages. Furthermore, I use it for time constrained projects to reduce emails with long description. The annotated screenshots are pretty much to the point.

What do you like best?

Userback lets your clients give feedback on your or their website by installing a piece of JavaScript or by a Wordpress plugin. Not only can the client give notes and remarks using text but also recording a short video review/feedback on the website without installing any special add-on in their browser. This app is a huge time saver when it comes to getting feedback from your clients whether you're a web designer or graphic designer.

What do you dislike?

Nothing this app is the Crème de la crème as we say in French, with other words the best there is to get feedback from your website visitors or clients.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Userback will save you time on getting feedback from your clients, this by making it super easy for your clients to make print screens with notes or video's inside the browser. It's very easy to use and install on a website and the best of all they let you completely brand the application.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

By using Userback we have less online client meetings since most of our clients give their feedback on our designs within the Userback. Getting feedback on client's website's and folders or flyers is super easy and time saving.

What do you like best?

This is a super easy way for customers to give you their feedback on a new website you have just built for them. If for some reason the site looks funky on their side but looks fine on yours at least you can now see the problem quickly.

What do you dislike?

I haven't had any issues with userback they seem to be updating it reasonably often.

If you need an easy way for a client to get you screenshots and feedback and you have wordpress this makes it easy!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problem I had was customers trying to tell me what the issue was or the change that was needed and them not knowing how to do screenshots.

What do you like best?

I like how Userback streamlines the feedback workflow with my clients.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was an easy install plugin for Joomla like there is for WordPress.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is often so difficult to understand what a client is saying or has typed about changes they want made to their web sites - and also organizing and keeping track of their feedback is an extra hassle. UserBack lets me see what clients have marked for change, delivering me from having to interpret their non-technical feedback and allowing me to systematically get to work on their requests without delay or frustration.

Userback also makes it easy for me to reply back to each request as soon as I have completed it. Gone are the days of having to keep a long draft email to send my clients and jumble all issues together.

Straight forward to use.

History with timestamps of interactions

Ability to leave text, graphics, message feedback

Works great.

Not a complaint, but something to be mindful. Clean, well written plugin does have a minimal impact on WordPress site performance when active. I've experienced .75 second longer load time with avg 25 added requests. Deactivated and ran performance optimizer configuration, no impact footprint.

It's a unique tool that is an elegent answer for many client headaches.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be sure to consider any performance impact when using advanced interaction tools like this. This one has a minimal performance footprint unlike others that I've used.

No ambiguity on change requests.

Easier to track and charge for deisgn changes.

What do you like best?

Userback is the perfect solution for capturing feedback about how pages are working in the browser. We recently used it during user acceptance to track bugs and capture suggestions from our stakeholders.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice if you could capture in page interactions and play them back.

Userback will save you hours and impress your clients. This is truly the modern way to capture feedback about you sites and applications.

Userback captures not just the comments of the user but also key metrics about the visit that can help us fix problems. For example you no longer need to request information about the broswer of screen size. Userback has your back!

What do you like best?

What I like the best about Userback is it's flexibility and user friendliness for the user to be able to provide feedback on anything that is viewable on his / her web browser. What I meant anything is that he can send comments, screenshot, provide some text or even attachments to a website, a design, and even a document to put comments / feedback on.

What do you dislike?

After using Userback for my regular and side hustle work, I haven't found a single feature I did not like. Maybe the one thing missing is integration to the other applications that I use, but so far, Slack and Trello integration has been spot on!

Also if I may add, a mobile app would be very useful, specially giving feedback on mobile applications on Android and iOS.

Recommendations to others considering the product

For people looking at having a solution in place to make it "easier" for their business users to provide feedback, I highly recommend getting the Enterprise / Corporate plan of Userback. It will save you tons and tons of hours with users, going back and forth for the right solution to the right feedback.

Businesses, big or small need feedback. Working in the IT department, we require feedback from the users. Userback saves time by integrating screenshot and comments / feedback in an online solution for easy access to the development / operations team. It bridges the GAP between the business users and the Devops team.

What do you like best?

I must say project and saas based softwares are can be very useful like this application, you can take live feedbacks and make comments on it like post-it. Got many integrations also notification system.

What do you dislike?

Dashboard must be very detailed power users are curious so we want more informations also some integrations are missing there must be more of them

Mostly I am using for feedback also design corrections for web sites
