What do you like best?

The best features are the social elements of the intranet, the possibility to interact with other employees, the organization of the sites and content, the flexibility of customizing profiles and the administration tools which makes it 100 times easier to manage the application schedulers and integrations.

What do you dislike?

There are some features that are currently in the backlog for Simpplr, such as being able to persists a cname URL and the ability to select hyperlink colors intranet-wise, but these are pretty minor!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simpplr provides the possibility for a one-stop shop intranet for all employees. It helps improve communication across the organization and departments and focuses on the user experience.

What do you like best?

One of the best things about Simpplr is how easy it is to use. There isn't much of a learning curve because it incorporates a lot of elements similar to social media platforms everyone is already familiar with.

What do you dislike?

We only just launched Simpplr with our company, so right now, I don't have any comment on what I don't like. Our users seem to love it so far.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've always had a really great company culture, but our company is growing, so we needed something to help streamline communication with employees and maintain our culture, especially since our employees are spread out across the country.

What do you like best?

It is very easy to use and learn. The user interface is appealing and draws in the user.

What do you dislike?

Wish there were more formatting options for the text.

Employee Engagement and communication. Our utilization and adoption is fantastic, so we are achieving both.

What do you like best?

Setup was very simple. Content creators of all skill levels have been able to create and manage sites. Our users have been very receptive to the initial launch.

What do you dislike?

Unable to implement with existing Salesforce org. I understand why that is the case (our company deals with PHI and it would be a security risk). It has made login somewhat challenging for certain users because they now have two Salesforce logins.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating a much easier to navigate central hub for our entire company. Prior to Simpplr, we had been using a Google Site for a pseudo intranet with tons of random shared folders and docs in Google Drive. It was very difficult for users to find specifically what they were looking for. Now we are able to funnel users towards the information that they need in a very easy to view format.

Intuitive tool that supports all our intranet needs! The implementation team at Simpplr is unparalleled!

What do you dislike?

That we didn't start with Simpplr sooner!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating a central resource, or a one-stop-shop, for all our global employees to find the information that they are looking for and stay up to date on business updates, while getting engaged with cultural events!

Before implementing Simpplr, our teams were operating less efficiently as we didn't have a central repository for information. Now everything lives on the intranet!

What do you like best?

Ease of use from an end-user and administration perspective. This platform streamlines both functions so there is not a large time commitment or high-level of skill to deliver meaningful solutions to the organization at large.

What do you dislike?

Not many things, Simpplr continues to grow/expand the platform so items that may be missing are taken in active interest from their customers suggestions to continually improve the platform with new releases.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Remove barriers to usage. Simpplr removes any barrier that may come as it relates to be a creator or a consumer of content within an intranet. The features are often extremely purposeful in nature, which allows for a greater adoption overall.

What do you like best?

Ease of use, analytics, search and speed at which users can be successful with the tool and end user adoption. We came from a legacy tool that was deep in terms of features but somewhat cumbersome to create and curate content. We saw low adoption, content views and distrust in the search results.

With Simpplr, our users can be successful with little to no guidance. We have a greater number of content creators than ever creating valuable, meaningful content.

What do you dislike?

No real issues with the tool, this was the right tool for us as an organization. Perceptually light weight but incredibly powerful. We have had a couple of key integrations that were not available when we deployed but these have been addressed in quarterly releases since we launched.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mobile presence was of huge importance based on our distributed work force. We also had very few people that were comfortable creating content in our previous solution without direct IT involvement. Because of this, we had few content creators and content wasn't curated as often as it should be. With Simpplr, site management is easy and the ability to share the content creation responsibilities has led to engaging/valuable content.

What do you like best?

Simpplr's functionality is top-notch....it's easy - not only as an administrator, but as an end-user. Communicating to employees, whether it's breaking news or a change in a procedure, can be accomplished simply.

What do you dislike?

Since Simpplr is built on the SalesForce platform, we've had a few weird interactions, none that weren't remedied quickly. Working through any technical issues with the Simpplr team is not hard; they want to understand any conflicts in the systems as well. And actually, Simpplr's relationship with SalesForce was one of top-reasons we made the decision to go with Simpplr.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefits are many: the user experience primarily. All 800+ employees have the ability to interact on this social intranet...to like pages and articles, to make comments to each other, give a shout-out to a colleague. What we thought might be an issue to monitor has not been an issue at all.

We've also added all the tools that employees need to do their jobs to the home page...it's easy for a banker to access what they need to assist the customer.

What do you like best?

Simpplr provides great value for the price we pay. It was easy to implement, easy to administer and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

No real complaints. It's easy to use and to administer.

We needed an intranet/central repository for company policies and other generally shared documents and information.

What do you like best?

Simpplr was super easy to deploy and so easy to train users on. Even those who weren't very confident with tech picked it up so quickly.

We have had amazing feedback from employees - including the quote I used for this Title 'Million miles better than our old Intranet' and 'Before I would never really check the Intranet, whereas now I actively go onto the terminal to see what's happening in the world of PS!

It is easy to make it look slick as well.

What do you dislike?

Would love if we could duplicate content - like recurring events and pages and also host video content within the platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a one-stop-shop for all employees as well as a platform that broke down geographical barriers across offices. Previously updates were lost in Slack or email so it's been so nice to give people a place to go and find the resources they need.
