"Workday review"

What do you like best?

I like how I can easily run reports on Workday as well as enter in new job and employee information.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how it is a little bit difficult to see the job history of employees. I wish there was an easier way to view all the positions that an employee has held throughout the tenure with the company.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would test out the software and explore its use as much as possible prior to taking a deep dive.

I run reports that help me administer compensation programs and assess the pay level of our internal employees.

What do you like best?

Workday IS very useful for all our team, The way in which we can have control of hours and daily tasks is a great point in favor since it simplifies many things in the work area, such as having organized and updated all the information on employees, control of payroll and free time for workers. With Workday you can make personalized reports and it is what any area of ​​human resources needs for its execution and proper functioning

What do you dislike?

I think the interface is not so pleasant to the eye, It would be great if you can do something more attractive for users, Sometimes it is often confusing when entering with your account, But everything is a matter of habit and security is very good and I like this a lot..

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend Workday to all those administrative companies so that their human resources staff feel comfortable and well when it comes to controlling the data, Payroll, Payments, Overtime, Production bonuses and free time of each employee

We use Workday every day. To collect all the information and tasks of our employees and make payments, creating the payroll and overtime hours is very useful for us. and we can track and identify all our employees and thus have the data with real numbers at the time and compare the performance of each one

What do you like best?

Workday is very user friendly and cater to wide range of employee management operations. Whether that be performance review, personal data management, organisational details, remunition details, leaves and vacations, to name a few.

What do you dislike?

I would definitely like the workday ui to be upgraded and made more user appealing.

It is an absolute delight to use workday and makes work so much more easier.

"One of the best ERP's that I have worked so far!!"

What do you like best?

Simple user interface and the ease of creating custom reports.

What do you dislike?

No help tutorials out there unless you have a workday community account provided by the organization which turns out to be not so easy to get.

If you are looking for simplification of your processes then this is the hcm you should consider for.

What do you like best?

I love how intuitive Workday is! Navigation is simple and easy to figure out, even if you are not too savvy with the tech. Entering time, requesting time off, and finding and connecting with people, "Gigs", and building my own professional profile all in one place! Highly recommended

What do you dislike?

I do not have a single thing to add to this topic of discussion. I have never had a bad experience using Workday, whether remotely or on site. Great product!

"Great for employees"

What do you like best?

I love the org charts. The expense submission process is intuitive and easy. Managing PTO is great. It integrates really well with Anaplan.

What do you dislike?

I wish I had greater visibility to how Workday data is managed by the HR team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We leverage hcm data throughout our Anaplan models.We manager our PTO and review employee details as well as org charts in Workay.

What do you like best?

a single place to manage all kinds of tasks. audit trail, access anywhere, and many more.

What do you dislike?

I don't see any feature which I disliked as of now, but as I am exploring more than maybe I have something to share.

I would recommend the Workday to all my connections as this is very easy to use, integration is also very smooth you can manage all your employee-related stuff in one place.

Workday makes it easy to look up employees and view their work alignments, facilitating the process of developing targeted distro lists and demographic breakdowns.

What do you dislike?

It would be great if Workday allowed employees to more easily analyze specific management chains and export the data.

My team frequently targets other groups within the firm for “pilots,” in which we introduce them to our service offerings. Workday allows us to generate lists of employees to target based on specific management chains, accounts and other demographics.
