What do you like best?
JazzHR not only automates the onboarding process but it does so in a seamless fashion. By allowing the user to integrate their existing corporate tools (Calendly, Indeed, Salesforce, etc.), JazzHR slides into your existing workflow without missing a beat. I've found myself on multiple instances thinking, "Oh, I really wish that I were able to do X", only to find that that "X" is a functionality that already exists! Also, The customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable and super friendly. I LOVE JazzHR!
What do you dislike?
The main drawback for me is that JazzHR is only available on an internet browser. I wish that there were an iOS/Android application that I could use to access my JazzHR account on the go. This way I can constantly monitor the addition of candidates in the pipeline wherever I go.

If you're looking for an easy-to-use software to streamline your onboarding process, then JazzHR is the solution. It's customizable to all of your needs and will help you in places that you didn't know it was required!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
JazzHR is allowing me to reallocate company resources that are better utilized in other spaces. The initial screening process for all of our candidates is now automated and frees up our employees to take care of other tasks. Additionally, this resource availability allows for us to generate all new tasks for employees to complete as a part of the onboarding process.
