What do you like best?

JazzHR not only automates the onboarding process but it does so in a seamless fashion. By allowing the user to integrate their existing corporate tools (Calendly, Indeed, Salesforce, etc.), JazzHR slides into your existing workflow without missing a beat. I've found myself on multiple instances thinking, "Oh, I really wish that I were able to do X", only to find that that "X" is a functionality that already exists! Also, The customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable and super friendly. I LOVE JazzHR!

What do you dislike?

The main drawback for me is that JazzHR is only available on an internet browser. I wish that there were an iOS/Android application that I could use to access my JazzHR account on the go. This way I can constantly monitor the addition of candidates in the pipeline wherever I go.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're looking for an easy-to-use software to streamline your onboarding process, then JazzHR is the solution. It's customizable to all of your needs and will help you in places that you didn't know it was required!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

JazzHR is allowing me to reallocate company resources that are better utilized in other spaces. The initial screening process for all of our candidates is now automated and frees up our employees to take care of other tasks. Additionally, this resource availability allows for us to generate all new tasks for employees to complete as a part of the onboarding process.

What do you like best?

I love Jazz's ability to automate and streamline my hiring process. I can quickly see where in the process my roles are for any hiring manager in my company.

What do you dislike?

To use Jazz correctly, it takes time to set up each role (but that'd be true in any tool!). If you don't set it up well from the get-go, sometimes it isn't used to the best of its capacity.

I'm able to reply to candidates faster and ensure my process is equitable across all roles.

What do you like best?

With JazzHR, I enjoy being able to customize the workflow and what the manager has access to certain open positions. I also like that you have the option to automatically sync your jobs to the free job boards.

What do you dislike?

I have a couple of positions that we are always hiring for, with that being said, if there are quite a few applications submitted, JazzHR starts to slow down when navigating within that specific job. Another thing I dislike is that you can only refresh your job after 90 days. I wish I could refresh it monthly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Getting the jobs on the free job boards. There is a wide variety of job boards that job seekers use and it is very time-consuming to go to each board and post. Another benefit of JazzHR is it allows our onboarding process to go much more efficiently.

What do you like best?

We love the ease of use and reporting functionalities the best. Having used many ATS' in the past Jazz stands out as being extremely user friendly and non-complicated. At the same time, it has all the bells and whistles you would want with the capability to share and vote on candidates, workflow helpers and integration with many job boards and social media sites.

What do you dislike?

I wish I could have all my client accounts in my portal open at the same time. I wish they had a live person I could speak with when I have a problem. Having said that, they have been top notch and very responsive via email and live chat.

Consider all the integrations when deciding on JazzHR.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Jazz makes communication with our clients regarding candidates easy for everyone. The scheduling functionality takes steps off our process and saves us time. We find our clients like to have their own Jazz accounts after using the system.

What do you like best?

i love all the workflows with automated emails/texts to candidates

What do you dislike?

workflow can take one more step to get more automated. For example someone passes my criteria assessment they get moved to the next step on the workflow. Also, a mobile app is needed vs. mobile web browser.

I highly recommend this product because of the workflows, integrated offer letter signatures, available integrations, and the support team.

What do you like best?

JazzHR has been easy to learn - great navigation, support documents/videos and most recently the support team just WOW'd me with a superb answer to a question. They didn't just answer my question but provided enough context to educate me. We're a startup and I highlighly recommend JazzHR for scalable hiring!

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately, I don't use all the features so there is a lot that can be applied and when you don't, the screen seems bare in some places.

What do you like best?

As a hiring manager, I don't have a ton of time to sift through applicants. I loved how the workflows could be set up so that other team members could "pre-screen" the applicants that I needed to see asap! I loved the ability to easily search for keywords on applicant resumes. Some jobs require certain software - and if you don't have it, thank u, next!"

What do you dislike?

Not sure. As a hiring manager and basic user of the platform, I can't really attest to what integrations it has/doesn't have.

The site is so easy to use - busy hiring managers will thank you for it!

Hiring managers are busy and don't have a ton of time to look at hundreds of resumes. The search feature is HUGE. The workflow set-up is great, as well as being able to leave comments to other search committee members so you remember what you liked/didn't like after screening a candidate.

It is very detailed and easy to use. I can see all the candidates who applied and see all their information.

I love JazzHR. I really can't find any fault in it.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Posting jobs, searching candidates, and communicating with them is very easy. It helps us throughout the hiring process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If a candidate applies for more than one position we have to manually merge their files. Setting a specific type for each job can also be time consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us track all our applicants in numerous job boards. This lessens our workload and allows us to get the best candidate for the job.

What do you like best?

Every time I've needed support, they've responded extremely quickly and resolved my issue entirely. They are very knowledgable, friendly, and eager to help. Additionally, JazzHR is extremely versatile. As we continue to grow, we increase our utilization of all of the features JazzHR has to offer. The workflow can be as simple or as complex as you need for your organization. We've been very happy!

Our experience has been great! Nothing to complain about.

A big one for us is bringing our offer letters into the workflow so we can utilize e-signatures. It has sped up our process and allowed us to eliminate errors.
