What do you like best about JazzHR?I love that JazzHR provides everything in one location, allowing me to create, analyze, and clone jobs with ease. The format is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who's only been in the position for a month. It has truly streamlined my daily operations, making it simple to coordinate job postings and review candidacies. I appreciate the dashboard's ability to give a snapshot of productivity over the past week, two weeks, or month, which helps me gauge the team's next steps without spending too much time in review cycles. What do you like best about JazzHR?I like the API connectivity with JazzHR. Being able to assign a background check and drug test straight from the applicant portal and not having to leave the program to manually send these items is great.What do you dislike about JazzHR?I don't like that when I put a job on hold or closed that it disappears from my dashboard. I can only see open jobs but I'm most often working in my jobs that are on hold (usually filtering through lots of applications and not wanting more until I work my way through those first).What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?It's a great containment for my hiring pipeline.

What do you like best about JazzHR?I love how JazzHR allows us to put multiple opportunities onto the platform, which attracts great candidates local to the areas we need to hire. It's wonderful how JazzHR organizes potential candidates into buckets very nicely, and I wouldn't change a thing. The initial setup was extremely easy! The quality of candidates JazzHR helps us find is far better than what we experienced with other platforms. As a result, our team has grown from 30 members to over 50, primarily due to using JazzHR as our primary source for hiring.What do you dislike about JazzHR?There isn't anything I don't like about Jazz. It's cost effective and extremely helpful to our hiring needs.What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?I use JazzHR to find qualified local candidates easily, reducing time wasted on unqualified applications from outside our service areas.

Looks pretty much the same as it has for years. What do you like best about JazzHR?I really like that I can keep track of applicants from the moment they apply through the time they’re hired by using the different customized stages in our hiring process. When I’m working with other managers, we can share information in the discussion tab so we’re always up to speed on where things stand in the hiring process.What do you dislike about JazzHR?What I dislike is having to wait for a code to log in each day!What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?We are able to track our applicants in one spot. Gone are the days of floating resumes around the office or not having applicants make it to the right person. We are multi site and many applications would never make it back to our main office for review which was not helpful to the applicant or trying to hire people that we didn't know applied.

What do you like best about JazzHR?The system now lets me review resumes more quickly because it flags those that match my job description as “talent fit.”What do you dislike about JazzHR?My employment application doesn't allow the PDF to be filled out within the app itself.What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?I like the system because I start receiving resumes pretty quickly, and it posts on different job sites.

What do you like best about JazzHR?ATS is extremely user-friendly, from being able to quickly post an ad and copy an ad to building pipelines. It also provides feedback on your ads and how they should be posted for better visibility.What do you dislike about JazzHR?I’d like to see more options in the basic reporting, especially around the basic metrics.What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?Talent Tracking makes it easy to search for past candidates using a simplified method.

What do you like best about JazzHR?JazzHR is extremely user friendly, making it easy for all our hiring managers to learn quickly and efficiently. I also like being able to meet with a JazzHR representative quarterly to ask any questions that my team may have.What do you dislike about JazzHR?I think it would be nice to be able have some positions be more private. For example, we give our hiring managers the option to see all positions in case their candidate has applied to another position within the organization. However, we did have a higher-profile job that we did not want all our hiring manager to see, so it would be nice to be able to make that specific position unavailable to all hiring managers. Instead, we had to go back and change their access until the position closed.What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?My team enjoys how easy it is to use. We switched to Jazz from a different platform and all our hiring managers prefer Jazz.

What do you like best about JazzHR?Jazz's texting feature is very convenient! It is also very user friendly and the reporting is a nice feature to have!What do you dislike about JazzHR?I wish I could use the same number as my phone for texting. Also having an AI bot to screen would be helpful.What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?Knock out questions to eliminate applicants who are not qualified is a huge benefit.
