What do you like best?
Very easy to use, pretty much self explainatory. Auto dialing is very useful, The automated text and automated emails also prove to be very useful. I enjoy getting emails when I see text come in to let me know that we have received text. I also like the availability to my co workers calendars on VS so I can easily schedule appointments for them should I catch their phone call etc.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to flip backwards thru contacts, if I needed to go back to a recent one, instead of searching, auto text to missed appointments. When a new lead is generated that has had an appointment scheduled in the past that they no showed for, it would be nice to have a different option other than "no show" that automatically sends a text to reschedule their appointment. There isn't many options available for a lead that has previously no showed to their appointment. It would also be nice to have new leads automatically populated, equally with each rep at a single campus

Worth it! Make sure this product and which ever product you were using can except leads from each other and integrate well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Students for a college campus, not having to look for the next lead, auto population. The auto population of leads has saved a ton of time and paperwork. The ease of use and integration from user to user across the campus is very beneficial. For example the receptionist can easily look at each individuals calendar and see their appointments that day and make necessary conformation calls to each appointment. that really saves each individual rep time.
