What do you like best?

The CRM with VanillaSoft makes it really easy to navigate by the user friendly interface module. As well as easy to import any information to VanillaSoft

What do you dislike?

It would be hard to pick one thing to dislike because you can always call and they modify the system the way you want it to work.

Simple things like the way the information gets imported to VS

Easy to read and the lead info is very good

What do you dislike?

Sometimes while logging on, it will log on, then jump back to having to log on again.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The callback feature allows me to not miss an appointment. I also like the calendar system.

What do you like best?

The ease of use, the saved notes, the ability to create callbacks and the project creation which allows for total control of your business,

What do you dislike?

Nothing, Vanilla Soft is amazing! I would only recommend as I know that it will help out anyone that signs up for it. You cannot compete with the ease of use and features, pre recorded voicemails and all. I dislike that once a sold client gets marked you can not find them anymore, making that easier would be nice.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving all callback issues as they now pop up when need to be called, makes it very easy to stay organized.

I like how easy it is to navigate through the site. Everything is very much obviously titled.

I dislike the colors. I wish it was more lively.

It’s easy for the student calling program to keep track of prospects we call and to label/comment on each prospect.

Needs to be able to record call times and additional info on incoming calls and calls not already in the system.

What do you like best?

Very easy to use, pretty much self explainatory. Auto dialing is very useful, The automated text and automated emails also prove to be very useful. I enjoy getting emails when I see text come in to let me know that we have received text. I also like the availability to my co workers calendars on VS so I can easily schedule appointments for them should I catch their phone call etc.

What do you dislike?

Not being able to flip backwards thru contacts, if I needed to go back to a recent one, instead of searching, auto text to missed appointments. When a new lead is generated that has had an appointment scheduled in the past that they no showed for, it would be nice to have a different option other than "no show" that automatically sends a text to reschedule their appointment. There isn't many options available for a lead that has previously no showed to their appointment. It would also be nice to have new leads automatically populated, equally with each rep at a single campus

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Worth it! Make sure this product and which ever product you were using can except leads from each other and integrate well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Students for a college campus, not having to look for the next lead, auto population. The auto population of leads has saved a ton of time and paperwork. The ease of use and integration from user to user across the campus is very beneficial. For example the receptionist can easily look at each individuals calendar and see their appointments that day and make necessary conformation calls to each appointment. that really saves each individual rep time.

What do you like best?

Easy look ups, Interface with Line2 is seamless.

What do you dislike?

The one thing that gets me when I'm trying to add a comment, the cursor goes to the look up field instead of comments so I have to double click to get it into the comments box. It would be nice if it just defaulted there instead

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have solved integration problems by being able to interface with Line2 - it has also helped me to be able to increase the number of calls I make a day which makes my manager very happy.

The amount of contacts I can connect with in a day. I can connect with the right companies and keep up with appointments and reminders at ease. Vanilla Soft makes managing all of your business needs very easy.

What do you dislike?

I cant think of anything at this time. I finding it is very helpful to my daily work.

keeping in touch with my pipeline and customers. The reminder calendar is user friendly.

What do you like best?

Vanilla Soft was not only very easy to set up but it was also easy to use right from the start. We were fortunate that our company had us up and running from home within a very short amount of time because if Vanilla Soft. We didn’t need any lengthy training.

What do you dislike?

There really isn’t anything that has bothered me about using Vanilla Soft. It’s been simple from the start.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Very easy to use and very fast set up.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We went from being field agents to working from home within 4 days because of Covid, and this program made calling our customers and keeping track very simple. I’d used other customer management programs before but this one was my favorite and was much easier to use.
