DocSend is an application that helps you manage, share and track your important documents; it allows the users to do the entire above-mentioned task just by creating a link. DocSend assists the user in keeping the documents organized within a less time frame, it not just helps the user in terms of document sharing but also enhances the business efficiency. DocSend is an application that lets the user accomplish multiple tasks at one go, for example by enabling DocSend plug-in the web browser, user can directly use this from the mailbox and perform all the tasks. DocSend is a secure and easy-to-use document sharing platform that assists you in identifying who is interested in doing business with the user and also protects user’s sensitive documents from wrong hands. What do you like best?

DocSend is really easy to navigate and ensures organization with all the different ways you can categorize documents.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I dislike are the emails (not the ones that tell me a document has been viewed).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be consistent with labeling certain links. At first I was confused about the "Account" for each link.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

i can track who views my documents and I can ensure certain documents are protected.

What do you like best?

The granular analytics and insights, along with contact capturing is pretty much what we were looking for, but could not find until we came across DocSend.

The process is seamless, easy and just pleasant.

Moreover, a big kudos to the team for taking the time and reviewing our deck in depth, providing outstanding feedback & contributing with their experience and know-how, gathered from thousands of decks reviewed over time.

Perfect tool for startup fundraising.

What do you dislike?

If there is something to dislike, then it'd be lack of full-screen feature & confusing present functionality. But those are really small pieces & all in all solution works like a charm.

What do you like best?

Having the report on who viewed your document, and how, it`s great. We all had the experience where you send a proposal and never herd back. Since you can see how other parties interact with your document you can see who opened the document and plan your followup. Also the securities measures are really important. And Docsend offers the best controls i`ve seen on the market.

What do you dislike?

The price and the plans structures. All the good stuff is on the most expansive plan, and you can only sign up as a 3 members teams. I use it a lot, and like it. But wish it was more affordable. Or that you could have some access control on the lower tier plans.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Problems we have solved with Docsend: Sharing sensitive information with multiple parties in a secure and professional way.

Benefits: Better followup and insights on data usage.

What do you like best?

It's very easy to start using the platform and you get a lot of value from the start.

What do you dislike?

I wish their "spaces" features weren't in the next tier of price.

Sharing reports of claim statistics to our clients. It help us detect which parts of our report are more useful to them.

What do you like best?

I like that it's really easy to create links to docs, it's easy to update docs with the latest versions, and quickly seeing who's viewing, time spent, in which parts of the docs and where in the world are all great, too.

What do you dislike?

Not a fan of the error messages that are included in the reporting e.g. "This visit may have come from a data center (Amazon, amazonaws.com)." I'd like to be able to opt out of getting this in the mix. Adds no value as far as I can tell.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm primarily using DocSend to send pitch decks to investors, plus business intro decks and related product docs to customers and partners. Knowing if and when the docs are opened, how much is viewed, when and where are all helpful signals to improve the way we communicate, serve customers and win the confidence of investors.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

With DocSend, you have control of the people who can access your documents, which for me, is a very cool and safe feature. What I like about this platform is the transparency that it gives you by providing you with the information of those people who went through your documents. You know right away who those clients mean business and identify hardworking employees within the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am always challenged when it comes to editing or re-sizing documents. I need more practice, so I won’t be needing any help with some of my documents.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since we have many updates to send our employees and clients easier to send them using DocSend. I prefer using links than attachments because it's faster, and it brings everyone on the same page.

GDrive is good, but docsend can monitor the performance of viewer.

What do you like best?

Very easy to open a new space. With my own logo and background. Also the link in outlook is very helpful ! Clients and colleagues of mine loved it !

What do you dislike?

You have to do a big effort to find your space when you have whole bunch of them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Doc Send using the KISS principle. Is very custom experience centered and very quick and good support. And each time you get to see who is looking at your space. Very fast uploading also from my own desktop. Not only pdf's, word but also video's of large terra bytes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Transferring the complete asylum cases toward the asylum instances and my colleagues and also my clients.

Afterwards I can see who is watching the file. So no more discussion if the file is put down or not.

Due to the Covid 19 the alien authorities explicit asked to send all documents of asylumseekers towards them.

So hopefully Doc Send will be my partner in life ! Also I explicitly now mentioned in my manual for my teammembers Doc Send and they all love it to use.

What do you like best?

I use for BD purposes. You can get customer insights on what links are working, if the content is helpful, are they downloading it, what pages are interesting etc. It allows you to upload pdfs with clickable buttons so I can continue the customer journey to the site.

You can also update the content in the backend while keeping the same front end link.

What do you dislike?

Updating content in the back end removes previous version insights and customer usage

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can use sales materials and get the same insights as I would using Google analytics for online activity.

You can test a lot of copy and content to inform product.
