(Reviewed on 16 July 2020) "Clubhouse is a focused product management tool that makes it easy to manage development efficiently."

What do you like best?

Easy to get started and maintain without much overhead.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the lack of customization can be limiting. For example, there was no way to add a RICE score and sort stories by that score.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Product management with a small, agile team.

(Reviewed on 24 October 2019) "Clubhouse is a lifesaver"

What do you like best?

It makes keeping projects organized so easy. I don't know what I would do without it. I'd never be able to keep anything straight!

What do you dislike?

I dislike that on the dashboard view, you can't change the sizes of each section. I would prefer to have the option to make the sections I use most larger.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the problems of project management, and have realized benefits of greater organization and productivity.

(Reviewed on 22 October 2019) "Great for small teams"

What do you like best?

My small team (< 20) was previously using Jira and it was way too clunky for us. Clubhouse is ultra streamlined and much more user-friendly. The clubhouse team is also great to work with, frequently showcase what's being worked on via webinars and you get to see your feedback taken into account (the recent addition of sprint iterations an example of a frequently asked for feature).

What do you dislike?

I wish there was more visualization at the epic/milestone level. As a Product Manager I am normally looking at feature sets higher level and getting a sense for progress without needing to dig into the story level would be great.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It keeps all of our development work in one place, easy to organize feature sets with epics/milestones and assign stories. The comment threads are great for keeping transparent communication within the team going.

What do you like best?

Super easy task management for individual & whole team.

(Reviewed on 05 July 2019) "Clubhouse Project Management Platform User Review and Experience"

What do you like best?

I liked Clubhouse due to its fast, uncluttered project management platform for Agile software teams that are looking forward to plan, build and launch their products effortlessly.

The software combines the right amount of simplicity and structure and this helped to keep out teams more efficient productive and happy.

The software is well designed for developers and has superior features and extensive integration environments including GitHub, Slack, GitLab among others.

There are also well crafted APIs to automate processes and workflows. The 14 day trial period gives users a chance to experience the software without committing their credit cards

What do you dislike?

I found it a bit time consuming and taxing navigating the nomenclature of Epics, Stories, Milestones and Projects, especially during the first time use.

I experienced some small challenges on using the reporting functionality which seemed to have some few bugs, but nothing really major stops it from being a great software, it is.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think it would be more useful to have some visual guides for first time users, on top of the available documentation. Not everyone loves to read many pages of documentation.

Overall, I have used other product management platforms but I would say Clubhouse is a winner and effortlessly solves project management task.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for a project management platform and software development application that brings every member of the team together to build great products. Clubhouse delivered this task because of its features such as web app, iOS app and simple API that enables robust integrations.

What do you like best?

It is free to begin and is a simple, management platform that provides balance of simplicity & structure.

What do you dislike?

It is a new software so I have nothing to compare it to so nothing I don't like.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Compare it to others you have used to get a better insight.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Makes it simple for software teams to relate to everyday tasks contributing to larger tasks.

(Reviewed on 30 October 2017) "The perfect software project management app"

What do you like best?

Clubhouse is perfectly tailored to an agile software development workflow. It's got everything you need to manage projects—stories, point estimates, projects, epics, milestones, assignees, labels, and reporting—but it still feels extremely lightweight. It enables your process, rather than

What do you dislike?

Its hardly a "dislike," but I'd love to see more flexible reporting in Clubhouse. It has solid reporting on team member activity, plus burndown charts and story progress for projects and labels. But now and then you run into a question like "Which stories were created in the past month?" that Clubhouse can't answer, though I hear that's in the workd.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a try! Clubhouse may not be a huge name in the product/project space (yet), but I'm so glad my team found it. It's easy-to-use, beautifully designed, and feature-packed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Clubhouse helps our product/engineering team of ~15 all coordinate on what we're working on. The biggest benefit is that Clubhouse can show at-a-glance how things are going, avoiding the need to interrupt each other for status updates, costing precious focus time.

(Reviewed on 04 October 2017) "Clubhouse is great, if you know how to use it!"

What do you like best?

My favorite thing about Clubhouse is probably the dashboard. It's a very collaborative platform, and as such, sometimes it could get tricky to navigate. So I like that all tasks, mentions, and due dates are in one place. I also love the ability to assign tasks; my department often sources other departments (i.e., technical writer, graphics team, etc.) for projects.

What do you dislike?

There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to different areas of Clubhouse (i.e., Epics, Stories, Projects, Labels, etc.). The verbiage can be daunting at first, but that's like with anything; once you get the hang of it, it's cake! Also, I would say using Clubhouse companywide effectively would take some planning and prep regarding deciding the value of Stories for 'points.'

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to improve product development to market planning, and while we used/still use JIRA, it wasn't very effective in terms of communication. Clubhouse is very open and collaborative, which allows information between the Development Team and Marketing to flow more seamlessly than before, thus allowing us to go to market stronger.

(Reviewed on 27 February 2017) "The perfect balance between JIRA and Trello"

What do you like best?

Create stories and assign owners in no time at all. Good notifications. Easy ordering. Slack integration. Custom workflows but not complex.

What do you dislike?

Creating similar stories is a little more time consuming if you are doing a lot in one go.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Technical project management (Agile).

(Reviewed on 30 August 2016) "Intuitive, performant team/project management"

What do you like best?

The kanban interface is really easy to use & performant. It's like Trello, but with so many additional features & improvements that it eclipses Trello entirely for team projects. I've used Asana, Redmine, Jira, and several others, and Clubhouse is far better than those for our needs.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice if we could add estimation points to "tasks" rather than just "stories". Tasks are contained within a story, but using a story with multiple estimable parts would help our planning. I hear that reporting could be improved, but I think they are working on that now.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it out & see how it's really intuitive & simple, but look into it further and you'll find that you can accommodate your process very explicitly. It's really simple to learn & use daily, and their team keeps adding useful features weekly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our small team needs to be able to create, estimate, and complete work in an agile way to build our software product. Clubhouse has gotten us all on the same page regarding our process, and it makes our work more straightforward.
