There's good and bad in my opinion
What do you like best about Aloware?
We previously had a great relationship with our previous customer success manager, Matt. I like the reporting, the set up videos and training for new users is great. The support chat for users having issues has been helpful for our team.
What do you dislike about Aloware?
Our current support team person has been very difficult to work with. The NumberGuard suggestion has been useless and I'm not sure why we are even continuing to pay for it.

Strong Telephony Platform for a Small Business working from HubSpot
What do you like best about Aloware?
We have been very happy with the integration with HubSpot. Getting it set up and managing dialing lists along with contact outcomes has been easy and reliable so far. The Power Dialer functionality is great for working through lists of calls. The inbox is great for seeing the context and history for each contact. The ability to register Caller ID for each line is very helpful and has seemed to improve our contact rates a little.
What do you dislike about Aloware?
Sharing lists across multiple users doing concurrent dialing is not intuitive. Similarly the difference between HubSpot lists, Aloware lists and Power Dialer lists are difficult to figure out when attempting to work through lists of potential contacts.
What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aloware is giving us a solid call center platform for a small team as we figure out processes for our business. From what we have seen in our first couple of months we are very optimistic that it will continue to be a great platform as we grow.

Great Power Dialer
What do you like best about Aloware?
I enjoy the local presence feature and power dialer that Aloware has to offer.
What do you dislike about Aloware?
Gohighlevel integration is not great. Chrome extension is buggy. Tags are added randomly.
What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aloware solves our biggest outreach problems: manual dialing, low contact rates, and poor visibility. The power dialer makes our reps more efficient, local presence improves answer rates, and CRM integration keeps everything seamless. It's helped us connect faster and close more deals.

Convenient and simple
What do you like best about Aloware?
It makes it convenient to synch with our CRM Hubspot and it is fairly simple to operate. Having templates and voicemail drops helps with efficiency.
What do you dislike about Aloware?
It has its glitches from time to time which impacts productivity.

It allows tracking for all calls and SMS conversations in a single thread which makes it clear to see the timeline and history of contact.

I love that Aloware is easy to set up and use. They offer a lots of useful features & integrations at a great price. I left that dull JustCall and have no regrets.

SMS, automating SMS Great product for managing SMS communications, great integrations, and really great support!
What do you like best about Aloware?
It makes sending SMS easy, connections to our CRM hubspot, allows us to automate SMS outreach, and their support team is super responsive and helpful if I have any issues.
