"Awesome, simple tool to maximise efficiency and productivity"

What do you like best?

Zymplify is a great tool to better organize our workflow and work leads in a more efficient way.

Quick onboarding and fast set up of the pipelines are some of the biggest pluses of using this tool, additionally the Support Team has been always available for any questions or doubts.

I keep receiving email follow up from the team in regards to my experience with the tool, which makes me think that this company cares about Customer Satisfaction and onboarding clients successfully.

What do you dislike?

So far all is good, plus whenever I have some doubt or queries, the Support Team has been available for help.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to Zymplify we increased the efficiency of our Sales Team, we can now better organize our workload and have a better understanding of our Sales performance, thanks to their metrics and KPI.

I like the automated journeys within campaigns.

What do you dislike?

I would like it to be more responsive. At present it works ok on larger desktops but not smaller.

"Fantastic marketing automation platform - a game changer for SMEs"

What do you like best?

The prospecting functionality for B2B is so valuable and a USP for a marketing automation platform. The platform is user friendly, bringing all marketing into one place to manage. From attracting strangers, lead nurturing, closing sales to reporting - it's fantastic.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing i dislike - i wish i had known about it sooner.

"Not just another marketing automation system! It works end to end, from prospects to leads to sales."

What do you like best?

Zymplify includes all the features you expect to find in a marketing automation platform but what really sets it apart is their focus on helping you work faster through prospecting. The automated tools allow you to quickly add leads to your funnel. Then you can use multi-channel campaigns to get your business in front of them. Managing all these channels from one place gives us so much more time to focus on being creative in our marketing.

Also, the support from the Zymplify team is exceptional. If we come up against a problem we know we can reach out and they will help us sort it out. This was invaluable when we were trying to get our team up to speed in the early days of using the system.

What do you dislike?

So far we haven't come across anything major that we dislike and any minor issues have been dealt with by their helpful support team.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The speed with which you can get a campaign up and running allows you to get so much more done. Zymplify helps you feel in control - seeing everything in one place allows you to get a real handle on what's working and what isn't.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Zymplify to manage marketing campaigns for our clients. Also, with the increased focus on lead prospecting and nurturing we have been able to demonstrate increased value to our clients as they see us helping them close more sales. We have found the custom dashboards really beneficial in illustrating to clients what is going on with their campaigns - focusing on what really matters to them and presenting it in an easily understood manner. This has helped convert even the most sceptical of customers to the benefits of digital marketing campaigns.

"Fantastic Platform!"

What do you like best?

It is put together pretty good from top of the funnel to close.

What do you dislike?

Some of it could be a bit more intuitive with guided directions as you go asking you what you may want to do next. Helps the learning.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Support has been great. I would like to pick up the phone and walk through issues real time. THe key to getting this successful is to have content (a lot) and knowledge to drive the vehicle(metaphor).

Wish we could imbedd video with out you tube.

I would say scalability professional way to deliver messages and automate. Complete view of analytics from a-z.

"Support staff are always kind, attentive and fast to act to solve any queries I have."

What do you like best?

I feel valued as a user of their platform, that my feedback matters and will be worked towards.

What do you dislike?

I've used better email/landing page builders on other platforms, but Zymplify listen to feedback and are constantly improving their offering.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Biggest time-saver is the automation of email journeys and social posting. They generally work well, and the functionality has been consistently improving with every update since I have been a user which is always a positive sign of a forward-thinking platform that listens to user feedback.

"Great marketing automation tool at the right price"

What do you like best?

Zymplify offers the right functionality and level of marketing automation support for SME businesses who want the power of automation but do not have the budget or even need for some of the packages offered by premium enterprise providers. As a result, small and medium sized businesses can scale their sales and business development through automation at a price point and functionality that works for them.

What do you dislike?

It's important to note the functionality that comes at different price points. While there are some things that other providers can possibly do better or with a better user experience, by weighing up the pros and cons of the tool and price point, the pros outweigh the cons.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scaling up the sales teams through automated marketing functionality allows us to contact and nurture prospects more effectively than manual phone calling could do alone.

"Makes life a whole lot easier!"

What do you like best?

Having worked in marketing for several years, there has always been the thought of "I wish all these channels/platforms could be brought together in one place". Zymplify allows you to manage all your channels in one place - saving time, effort and stress.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really - the team are great at taking suggestions and supporting if issues do arise.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Bringing everything in one place allows you to have your finger on the pulse at all times, allowing you to run your business/manage clients accounts with ease.

How to manage various social platforms, websites and emails in one place easily and efficiently. It also make scheduling social posts and emails a hell of a lot easier and being able to view insights quickly in the dashboard allows us to check and measure more effectively.

"Very useful"

What do you like best?

Very useful software, allowing us to do a lot of different aspects of marketing on the same system, rather than outsource and use other platforms. Good tracking of individual leads. Great B2B tools to build contact lists.

What do you dislike?

System can have a few bugs in but this is often quickly resolved

Full tracking of where each lead is coming from. So useful to just use the one platform rather than individual ones for social, landing pages etc
