SecretActionCRM is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for sales, marketing, and gamification. The tool places a focus on the simplicity of use and software smartness. It combines CRM and work management tools in a neat package. There are four tabs in the software where users can browse active due works, future works, completed works, and canceled works. Users can even search for a specific customer or work. The tool also helps users with basic and advanced marketing functions and collects customer information such as name, mobile number, and email without duplicate data. Users can create email or text campaigns in the panel and send texts or notifications to any customer individually, which can be generated by the tool automatically. It is possible for users to track their teams' working times using the optional clock-in and clock-off feature. Users can also change the status of their open tasks to completed or canceled and can even add notes.
