Retently aims to help you improve your customer retention rates by enabling you to measure and improve the satisfaction of your customers. Rently allows you to send out a single question Net Promoter Score survey, which asks the following question “How likely are you to recommend our company to a friend or colleague?”. Customers answer with a score between one and ten, and from there they are divided into three different categories depending on their response:Promoters, Passives and Detractors. You can then act on this insight to improve the way you serve customers. Using Retently, you can send out this survey to different segments of your customer base to get the most useful insights. All of the Retently surveys can be customized according to the look and feel of your brand, and you can also customize and personalize the survey’s thank you page.

"Retently is the perfect NPS software solution for us"

What do you like best?

I have evaluated many different NPS software provider and Retently already there was my favorit and I never regretted my choice! We are using Retently for our customer NPS surveys and will soon start to use its multiple question survey for other surveys as well. It is easy to set up with fully customizable templates (language, brand, texts) and even more easy to analyse and visualize the results at the end with custom feedback tags and other visualization features. It has a cool dashboard with instant access to all NPS results and different segments. They improve and add usefull features on a frequent basis, which makes it even more fun to work with!

In short: Clean & easy UX, many features but simplified and not overloaded, perfect fit for our use case, fully integratable with all tools that you need, fast and perfect customer support (instant live chat & email), freedom in template design & customization, good pricing ...

What do you dislike?

So far nothing, everything works smooth and nicely.

Good product, easy to integrate, great CS

clunky at times, bugs at times, fine otherwise

Really solid NPS tool, with great integrations and multi-language support. Does what it says on the tin for a reasonably good price compared to others.

"Great NPS Tool"

What do you like best?

I like the ability to sort and export feedback easily

What do you dislike?

Setting up the campaign had a lot of clicks and it wasn't always clear it had saved, but I got through it

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Getting honest and quick feedback from some of our oldest clients, and the biggest benefit is the knowledge of how we score by industry

A tool that can turn your detractors into evangelizers!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of Retently’s edge over its competitors is that it supports other messaging apps such as Slack. They have a really helpful team too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can’t think of any cons at the moment. The program and the people behind it are great!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to communicate more freely with our clients. It’s quite easy to quantify their responses as well.
