What do you like best?

With Leapsome you can coordinate all your reviews and surveys and guarantee equal assessments for all your employees. It's an easy-to-use platform to engage your employees and manage their performance. Their customer service is also amazingly fast and friendly - so if you ever need support with something, they'll help you immediately.

What do you dislike?

There is not one thing I dislike in particular. They are constantly improving their platform & service, therefore 10/10.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Leapsome specifically for our quarterly employee evaluations and monthly employee satisfaction surveys. We really appreciate having a tool for these different functions, which our employees love to use because of its ease of use. Through Leapsome we can ensure that every employee receives fair and constructive feedback through the given discussion framework.

One of the biggest advantages is the monthly employee satisfaction survey. We are happy to use the given best-practice surveys and can assess our standing as a company well due to the industry benchmark figures.

What do you like best?

It is easy to connect to the calender and that way easy to use.

I like how you can keep notes, give feedback and follow up the 360 degrees feedback project

What do you dislike?

you need to invest some time to get used to using Leapsome.

I wish in the beginning there would be mini videos that guide you through the tool.

What do you like best?

I like the feedback functionality, thanks to it you can very quickly provide feedback on both your team as well as individual team members.

I also like the feature that you can create paths of learning aspects. This is great as you can share knowledge and create paths and then help team members to track the progress.

The platform is also easy to use and with minimal setup you can get started.

What do you dislike?

I feel there are some integrations that could add value. For example, the ability to link tasks (such as learning paths etc..) to JIRA or some other task management system.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Have a more transparent tool for feedback. Normalize feedback and make it something that happens regularly as opposed to once in a while or just in extreme cases.

Centralize the learning and provide company wide learning paths. This is particularly helpful when you feel the company must improve some certain aspects, you can create useful learning paths to improve all and create a task for all the employees to learn and develop themselves and a company as a whole.

My best feature is the 360 feedback. Awesome! It allows for complete transparency.

When I find one, i'd let you know. Its a 100% for me thus far.

The stress I had to go through in creating a sheet for OKR, send through to all stakeholders only to get an inaccurate feedback really demotivates me. Now, all i need to do is input my OKR, allow all stakeholders to see and bam! Its all done in no time at all

What do you like best?

The efficiency, effectiveness, and reality set in it are super amazing. It is easy to use and adapt to. It is an amazing self-management tool that builds one's confidence in realizing measurable goals and targets

What do you dislike?

So far so good. I have not yet experienced any detractors while using leapsome.

It is an amazing platform for performance management. It gives an insight into measures to keep track of OKRs. The ease of use is the amazing part of it.

Leapsome has helped me align my goals with my manager. It has helped us work collectively with my

What do you like best?

Automated reviews-no need for excel sheets or google documents. It brings a lot of transparency & ownership of what we are trying to achieve as a business .Tracking OKRs has never been this easy.

What do you like best?

We have started to use Leapsome initially to manage our internal review process. Leapsome was not only easy to use but also co-ordinates both the manager and team members responses such that the review itself is quick and simple. Leapsome has a huge amount of additional functionality like feedback, both public and private, that enables the user to elicit feedback from peers, management and project team members to build a more rounded view of an individual and help develop focussed development plans accordingly. Finally the goals tree functionality provides clear transparency throughout the organisation as to how personal objectives fit into the overall company ambitions and objectives in any given period.

What do you dislike?

There is very little in my experience to dislike about Leapsome. The only potentially issue with Leapsome is that in theory the review process can be carried out without actually formally discussing the feedback (unlike our old face to face review process which you couldn't avoid) as all the information can be viewed and approved remotely. I wonder if it would be possible to have a zoom/teams session that has to be completed prior to signing off the review although i appreciate some people may well like the existing approach.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Leapsome has increased the transparency through all levels of the business as to how individual goals and objectives fit into the company ambitions and development program. Furthermore this enables individuals (if they want) to look at all the overall goals for the year rather than just those that affect them. This has helped to foster an improved togetherness within the wider group. Leapsome has also been a time saver where you have visibility of if team members have completed their part of the review process which makes it considerably easier to schedule the actual follow up discussions to suit all parties.
