What do you like best?
Ease of use of the platform, how well it integrates with our other systems (e.g. BambooHR, Slack), the 'science' behind the offering, etc. Also, the community content such as the blog, whitepapers, webinars, etc. are always excellent and have allowed me to become a better practitioner.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there is so much customer content that it can be a bit overwhelming trying to figure out what to use, focus on, etc. The performance platform still has some system limitations in terms of reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using the platform to others! My advice would be to utilise the full platform (engagement + performance) to get the full benefit. However, perhaps consider rolling out in a phased approach so as not to overwhelm users with functionality.
