"Awesome everyday Visit Tracker"

What do you like best?

LF allows you to see which site they visited, how many visitors came from that company, where they came from, company size, you can categorize your visitors and the filters you create can be shared with your co-workers. Another great feature is you can track that company visit history and have a better picture of their needs. I like that I can see the company logo and a snap of their website and have an idea of their industry by taking a peek at this.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the company size is off and some companies slip through the cracks, so this can be annoying because it takes some extra time to verify each company is the proper size for us to go after.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps us realize what our visitors are most interested in, so that we can target the proper ones. It can help improve the content created for visitors based on previously popular content.

What do you like best?

all the info where and when I need it. Easy to integrate into our other systems for workflow. Customer Services second to none and easy to use help and online chat

Find the landing pages, pages viewed and exit pages information very helpful for lead scoring

What do you dislike?

that we can only use for company names of visits to website - however they have made access to contacts a lot easier now

chat to them they are a great bunch of people and really go the extra mile in helping with any user guides and implementation

we can target industries using key words so a lot of our scoring is automated using tags. Assigning leads to teams can be done in bulk or moved between team members easily.

How quick our account manager is at getting back to us with answers to questions.

Sometimes the dashboard can appear a bit muddled.

Lead Forensics provides an easy to use platform with rich data. Everything from site analytics, visitor information details and multiple custom options for in-depth site tracking and reporting.

What do you dislike?

There is not much I dislike about this platform.

Great product that is worth the money. Return on investment is fully traceable.

I chose Lead Forensics because I was looking for detailed visitor details, comprehensive reporting of industries being tracked and top page hits for improving site SEO. There have been many benefits from using this platform for improving my website and providing new leads to sales team during this pandemic.

"Great tool to help us understand our traffic"

What do you like best?

The platform allows us to identify traffic and assign those visitors to the respective members of our sales team. From an administrative perspective, it's super easy to establish categories of traffic, make assignments, and set up notifications. It also provides invaluable intelligence to our sales team for the work they do with sales prospects in the pipeline.

What do you dislike?

I wish it was able to identify more of our traffic! Right now it only accounts for about 30% of our total visits.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problem we were looking to solve by employing the user of Lead Forensics was the identification of anonymous traffic to our website.

"Lead Forensics for the win!!!"

What do you like best?

The dashboard interface is very easy to use and allows me and my team to gain access to potential clients very quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike?

The only negative part I can think of is that fact that we do not receive information on the actual person who visits our sites, just the company information.

"GREAT TOOL FOR PROSPECTING!"

What do you like best?

The ability to visually see who visits your website and obtain contact information. Allows us to get a grasp on what industries and specific companies are interested in out products and where they are located.

What do you dislike?

Would be nice to have the ability to view other companies, not just ones who visit your site.
