What do you like best?

Integration with Salesforce is seamless and allows us to easily capture, track, and report on customer satisfaction and responses.

What do you dislike?

It would be great if there was a way to integrate with the phone system so we could get CSAT from calls without having to email customers.

"Quick, sleek, and powerful survey tool"

What do you like best?

Using GetFeedback you can quickly create, deploy, and get results for surveys. With Salesforce integration you can fire surveys on specific actions and import results directly into Salesforce. Great for NPS!

What do you dislike?

Only compliant is lack of customization options for incomplete survey results

This tool provides a quick method to survey customers and generate analytics. This allows us to gather feedback and action improvements with a quick turn-around.

"GetFeedback satisfies all our survey needs."

What do you like best?

The interface is intuitive and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

In rare instances we need a one-page survey (think: online form) where respondents can quickly review prior answers without clicking back through multiple screens/pages. This type of functionality is not currently available within GetFeedback survey types.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My company uses GetFeedback for all survey needs. This includes, but isn't limited to:

1. Our customer's satisfaction (via Salesforce Case closure and Salesforce-aware GetFeedback survey links).

2. Internal yearly employee Net Promoter survey.

3. Internal Service Desk satisfaction.

4. Education & training course effectiveness.

It's incredibly simple to design a professional survey in only minutes with GetFeedback. This paired with multiple distribution methods (direct link, email, text, HTML embedding, and Salesforce Chat/Communities) and Salesforce integration allows us to spin survey results by individual customers, accounts, internal departments, and any other dimension we need. Excellent product!

What do you like best?

With GetFeedback we can generate as many surveys as we want without having to touch any code.

What do you dislike?

I have not had bad experiences with this software.

The opinion of our customers is important to us, and with GetFeedback we can know those opinions as soon as possible and that is the main reason why we use this tool.

The survey software is the best on the market and I like all of the different kinds of surveys they have.

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to build survey. Super easy to design and they look extremely professional.

I don't really have any downsides. Super easy and self-explanable

I love having an easy way to get customer feedback. I like how it automatically summarizes the results to easily see the feedback.

Wonderful product, I don't have other word for GetFeedback

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how simple the product is. We make sure that we use its features that are compelling to our users. It’s not the surveys that are easy to create but their distribution and the ability to analyze the results. We are able to insert pictures, to create flows with our own rules. The tool is time saving products during building the surveys.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about the product, as I said before, it is extremely easy to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

GetFeedback allows us to create surveys quickly and to distribute them. This is a key component for our start up. Thanks to its benefits we are able to make procurement decisions, demand forecasting and inventory estimates.

We simply love GetFeedback

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use this tool for both admins and end-users. Great tool for employee engagement, and enterprise feedback management. We love the integration with SalesForce.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing that we don’t like in our company is when we see that someone uses other tool than Getfeedback.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We easily converted our customer and employee surveys from Google Forms and other solutions directly to GetFeedback. One of the greatest benefits is the ability to integrate all our data survey into SFDC. We don’t just analyze the customer survey data in spreadsheets anymore.

What do you like best?

This system has a robust design interface that makes it incredibly easy to design stunning, simple feedback surveys. The user interface and dashboard is super intuitive. It allows integration.

What do you dislike?

More integrations would always be nice though key ones are already there.

GetFeedback is one of the best tools that I have ever used for survey and therefore I would like to recommend this software to others.

This software allows us to create Survey very easily and quick. It has helped us get feedback on how our support team is handling cases. It offers multiple types of surveys for feedback.
