"GetFeedback satisfies all our survey needs."

What do you like best?

The interface is intuitive and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

In rare instances we need a one-page survey (think: online form) where respondents can quickly review prior answers without clicking back through multiple screens/pages. This type of functionality is not currently available within GetFeedback survey types.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My company uses GetFeedback for all survey needs. This includes, but isn't limited to:

1. Our customer's satisfaction (via Salesforce Case closure and Salesforce-aware GetFeedback survey links).

2. Internal yearly employee Net Promoter survey.

3. Internal Service Desk satisfaction.

4. Education & training course effectiveness.

It's incredibly simple to design a professional survey in only minutes with GetFeedback. This paired with multiple distribution methods (direct link, email, text, HTML embedding, and Salesforce Chat/Communities) and Salesforce integration allows us to spin survey results by individual customers, accounts, internal departments, and any other dimension we need. Excellent product!

"GetFeedback Review"

What do you like best?

With GetFeedback we can generate as many surveys as we want without having to touch any code.

What do you dislike?

I have not had bad experiences with this software.

The opinion of our customers is important to us, and with GetFeedback we can know those opinions as soon as possible and that is the main reason why we use this tool.

"False expectations set in sales process"

What do you like best?

Relatively versatile design options and nice interface

What do you dislike?

It has been 2 months since purchasing Getfeedback for NPS and CSAT surveys, and we have not been able to resolve issues related to integration to Pardot. We've encountered sub-par functionality and service vs. the expectation set in the sales process, and conflicting information about product capabilities.

For example, multiple language support for a single survey is incredibly limited and rendered unusable, as only the survey can be translated but not the email copy that accompanies it.

Also, the product states explicitly that it supports integration with Pardot standard or custom objects, however in practice seems like it does not support custom objects. When we reached out to our CSM, she conveyed the message that the information on the product is incorrect and she'd relay this feedback to the product team. This was one of the main reasons for our selection of getfeedback as a vendor, and so far it's been overwhelmingly hard to get anything done.

Moreover their customer service sits in SFO, making scheduling very challenging and creating long SLAs for support.

I advise thorough diligence in the sales process and potentially thorough testing of integrations prior to buying

The survey software is the best on the market and I like all of the different kinds of surveys they have.

What do you like best?

This system has a robust design interface that makes it incredibly easy to design stunning, simple feedback surveys. The user interface and dashboard is super intuitive. It allows integration.

What do you dislike?

More integrations would always be nice though key ones are already there.

"Best survey tool for Salesforce"

What do you like best?

Easy Salesforce mapping & integration. Many features to hide or display questions. Business can create their own surveys without technical help. With GetFeedback, you can add your brand, design questions with many options, that's really perfect to engage customers. I also really liked Word Analysis feature : it is now possible to analyse every single word given by customer to improve your customer service.

What do you dislike?

Expensive : We don't really like to pay for each answer. It blocks us to use GetFeedback for many usages. Customer Support located in America, hard to join some one when you are located in Europe.

Be careful of Survey Answer costs

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to GetFeedback, we can have surveys directly on Salesforce and measure our Customer Satisfaction, without any effort because business teams can map GF answers with Salesforce fields in few clicks. We save some precious time.

"All you need for a feedback system."

What do you like best?

GetFeedback is easy to navigate, easy to design surveys, and looks modern. There are so many creative options, even in the free plan.

What do you dislike?

I would like GetFeedback to provide more supplemental How-To materials. Perhaps for first-time users.

"Simple and smart tool"

What do you like best?

Getfeedback is easy to use, survey design is quick and simplified thanks to the variety of tools provided by the service. It is easy to configure.

It is flexible in terms of distribution media, it allows you to use social networks, email or websites.

It allows you to track the surveys, analyze the information in real time. It gives us invaluable metrics that help us predict trends and improve campaigns.

What do you dislike?

Regarding the operation, I have had no problems with the app. But I would like to access advanced customization features.
