Incredible tech support with human beings, little or no wait

The software can be confusing but it seems extremely efficient, everytime I have called for tech support I have had a human being on the phone within a minute, and each time they were extremely patient and helpful. This alone is worth the price. 5 stars

Extremely prompt

Even though I don't have to use support that often, each time that I have reached out, the support team has been extremely prompt in getting back to me and in every instance, fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. I couldn't ask for better support anywhere.

Grateful for Jordyn's help

I was beginning the process of sending out monthly invoices and noticed my company's logo was not on the invoices. I called FreshBooks and Jordyn helped me. She listened to my challenge and worked diligently to solve it. She was very profession, kind and efficient. It was a very positive experience. I am so grateful for her help.

What do you like best about FreshBooks?

Freshbooks simplifies getting paid and managing time, projects, clients, invoices, and expenses. Plus, their customer support is excellent.

Freshbooks works VERY well for me, but I'm a freelancer and my needs are fairly basic. Do your research and find out what's right for you and your business.

What problems is FreshBooks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freshbooks is great for billing customers and simplifies payroll. It makes it easy for clients to pay me by allowing me to send invoices via email and receive payments directly into my bank account.
