Connectwise has been great. It has allowed both the IT department and users to work remotely to work effectively. It increased the responsiveness of the IT department and lowered the time to respond to an issue.
I needed a cost effective solution to be able to remotely troubleshoot issues both from within our network, and from outside. ConnectWise is working incredibly for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. It has increased productivity significantly! *My only issue, and it is relatively minor (unless one is dealing with >100 devices), is that I had to take the time to manually install it on each device (though the agent is available as a .msi, it doesn't work to deploy the agent via Group Policy).

I use Connectwise Control 3 ways. I use it at work to support 80 machines and 2 terminal servers. We also use it to support our customers when needed with invites and at home I use a free account to set up video calls to my elderly parents during covid lockdowns. It always works and It works well. With 2 factor logins and agents always running and ready to log in to Remote control has never been so low profile and reliable. This software is awesome.

It works securely. I like being able to disable and enable the clipboard. I like the functions for transferring files, recording, reboot....It is the perfect level of functionality. I don't find myself wishing for more and I don't waste time hunting for a hidden feature.
This is excellent software for doing remote support.
