One of the standout features of ConnectWise Control is its comprehensive toolbox for remote support. It allows technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently. The software offers a wide array of functionalities, including remote control, file transfer, session recording, live chat, and multi-monitor support, among others. The ability to customize and brand the interface enhances the professional image when interacting with clients.
Initial Learning Curve: While the interface is generally user-friendly, new users might need some time to familiarize themselves with the extensive range of features available. This learning curve could be perceived as a challenge for those seeking quick and immediate implementation.

This is a tool our techs use every day, we actually have a remote tool built into our RRM but Screen Connect is so much easier to use our techs wanted to keep it because of all the features that make thier job easier.
The price is starting to climb a bit, its still valuable but if we ever leave it will be because the price just got too high.
ScreenConnect is the primary tool our techs use to handle remote support requests, its quick and easy to establish a remote connection and has the tools and features to allow us to quickly solve user issues and get them back to work.
It's UI is really nice and it makes it easy to search and access machines. Lots of customisation features available to choose from. I like how it is easy to run cmd in elevated role just from SC. You can also communicate seamlessly with users from this tool. Their are different options that you can choose from to install it on a machine. You won't usually have any issues with it but if you do their customer support team is awesome.
Not having ability to run PS scripts from Screenconnect is what I dislike most about it.
It makes it easy for our team to connect to the machines and remote in when we need to help our users remotely. We can find the machines easily without any hassle and the way it gives us options to organise different client sites it awesome. You can also run different tools from it and it also gives us file sharing options that makes it easy to share installers from our local machines.
