What do you like best?

The customer service is amazing. The one on one client contact is a breath of fresh air.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike about BirdEye.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The ability to gain quality reviews of your organization will be simplified and you will see an almost immediate benefit in your SEO rankings. The chat function available for use on business sites especially in 2020 is an invaluable tool for assisting customers who are looking to do business without entering a retail location.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The onsite chat function ended up being invaluable this year. With so many customers looking to do contactless business having the chat function allowed us to serve customers from their homes from start to finish.

"Best service and analytics I've found!"

What do you like best?

I most appreciate how BirdEye aggregates reviews from all consumer ratings providers into one clean, yet detailed report. I am able to look at our reviews over any time period I need, plus I'm able to drill down into the individual reviews to note specific issues with our customer experience. I can spot trends, see ratings sites that need particular attention, and review analytics covering all available data.

BirdEye also offers tremendous customer service through representatives who answer all questions, help you solve problems you may be having, introduce you to new services offered by the company, and assist in creating valuable reports you can share with your company leadership. I'm extremely pleased and grateful for how BirdEye helps me accomplish my job responsibilities and makes me look well-informed about our customer performance.

What do you dislike?

There are lots and lots of details to cover before creating a successful customer reviews campaign. But this is also how you get truly customized reports, so I cannot really complain about this. At times, I wish there was a step-by-step print out of how to create my monthly reports--but I've written this up myself and refer to it often.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The average customer is far more willing to jump online to offer a rating and write-up of their negative experience & complaints vs. sharing their positive experiences with our company. The result is that we could very easily have mostly negative reviews show up when a new customer is researching our company before they try us out.

BirdEye makes it possible for us to reach out directly to customers who have had positive experiences and politely ASK them for further comments so that we can share their experience with others. Because of BirdEye's service, we have been able to raise the average customer rating by nearly two full points, which is tremendously helpful in securing new customers.

My senior leadership team (SLT) requests weekly, monthly and quarterly data from me that details how our company ratings and reviews are doing. Through BirdEye, I am able to create custom reports covering growth trends and performance results that are easy to digest while being very detailed as well. I am indebted to BirdEye for helping me to meet expectations while making my job so much easier to accomplish.

"Super Easy to Use and Great Customer Service!"

What do you like best?

The BirdEye service makes our firms Social Media platform easy to use. Anytime we reach out to BirdEye for help, all our questions are thoroughly answered.

What do you dislike?

To date we have no complaints. We wish we had more traffic in the office to utilize BirdEye more.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a management system to handle all platform reviews, BirdEye is the way to go. We submit a case list to them and they handle the rest. Their mobile app is also very convenient and easily accessible to all of our users.

It saves us a lot of time and makes the process easier for us as well as for our clients to post their review on any of the platforms.

"Easy PERIOD"

What do you like best?

Ease of set-up and review acquisition. It is so much better than DealerRater!

What do you dislike?

There has not been anything to dislike at this time.

Don't wait, make the switch.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are receiving more reviews than with DealerRater ANDwhen a customer has a concern, they email us first before giving a review. With DealerRater, the customer would leave a complaint that would be published and have to be responded to online.

"Birdeye for the win"

What do you like best?

The ease of this software is extremely wonderful. All laid out and very easy to navigate

What do you dislike?

We have multiple people who use birdeye in our company and I don't enjoy that when we get direct messages that every person has to read them to get rid of the notification.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

BirdEye is a very useful software for your company to manage marketing. Highly recommend as it works for any size of businesses and it's very easy to communicate with your customers via text message, reviews or surveys!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ease of sending out reviews is much easier and we have have multiple people who are able to access and manage certain areas

"They're Great."

What do you like best?

Simple quick and robust. Everything about it is just so simple. Our staff were able to quickly send review invites to our customers and their customers are easily able to find our social media sites to leave their reviews. Their support staff are great, always willing to do what it takes to help us out.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. It was easy to set up and it's easy to use. The interface is intuitive, provides many reports, etc., to help improve sales.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Quality and # of reviews have improved. Review scores have risen significantly, and we are able to communicate directly with our customers much more efficiently.

What do you like best?

Birdseye has been a major asset to our company helping us with reviews and improved our relationship with our clients. Additionally, they have helped us with our SEO ranking. Our dedicated account manager Samar has been awesome in helping us to easily navigate/learn the Birdseye platform. The billing department even helped us tremendously during the COVID-19 . REALLY GREAT COMPANY!
