Other than a couple technical gliches integrating with all our website and google my buisness, there is really nothing negative about it.

Reviews are extremely important to a business nowadays. This is a platform that once set up is very low maintenance and has increased our reviews immensely.

I wish there was an easier way to click on a review that we receive and be able to see the name of the person it came from. It does not always give us the patients full name at the top of the review.

We have had many new customers who have seen our reviews and are ready to get started based on what they have read. It's also easy to ask for and receive reviews and the more five star reviews you have online, the better.
Nothing comes to mind. It's a very user friendly service. If you have a question, they are quick to respond and help. Reviews are easy to send out and you receive an email when you get a review back. You can even set it up so it posts it immediately to social media.
Google your company and look at what prospective clients see when they do so. Are they seeing lots of good reviews or any reviews at all? What are the sites that come up highest? If you put the time to cultivate the reviews using BirdEye, it will be one of the first items to come up and if you have lots of five star reviews, that makes all the difference.
BirdEye gives our company instant credibility and it allows us to easily amass lots of reviews, which is what customers are looking at online. We have realized an increase in customers contacting us directly from online, which gets our foot in the door. It also instantly increases trust with customers, which is invaluable.
We love having one platform to manage all of our reviews that come in for the credit union. When a review comes in, we get an email notification and that email will take you right to the review to respond. It's easy, user-friendly, and has been a huge help when following up with our members to make sure they are getting the best possible member experience.
The social media platform is okay, but we prefer to go out to the actual social media sites to post content for our followers. There are more features that can be utilized on the specific sites as opposed to the social media piece in Birdeye.
The only problem we have had so far was when Birdeye went in and automatically changed all of our Facebook cover photos and profile pictures due to an update. Other than that, we haven't had any major issues.
I was one of the very first users of BirdEye (original beta customer) and from the get go I loved how it helped me manage my brand. But the innovation over the last five years has made this product world class. Allows me to oversee my brand's perception from 30K feet, but dive in and manage detailed variables easily. The support team is also very helpful and responsive.
It just takes a while to understand all of the capabilities and broad feature set. Users should acclimate themselves using all the resources that BirdEye provides. I'm guilty of not doing so all the time.

I started using BirdEye in August of last year and was very pleased. It is so convenient to have the information i need right on my phone. If the boss asks me about our reviews, I simply pull out my phone and update him right there, no running to my office to pull it up. We have to separate offices in two different states and I am able to keep them separate but organized in one account on BirdEye. So simple and easy to use!
If a patient is displeased in any fashion, we are able to respond the moment they leave the review and get it resolved if possible, sometimes that day.
