And also, it is help to reduce the payroll errors, because, it is make automate by the system to do the payroll process. It is providing training facilities to the employees. "HCM Cloud offers employee solutions"

What do you like best?

I like how we are able to integrate and use it as a learning system, as a way to request time off, review benefits, enter performance reviews, and many other solutions by HR. We can use it to look up employee directory, review personal information, request time off, review benefits, review personal roles and delegations, procurement options, review reports and analytics. It is truly a one stop shop!

What do you dislike?

I dislike when the product is undergoing maintenance, it does not offer a solution to use the application. The SCORM reporting is also poor. I would like to see an option where we can upload activities as part of training material and see the score that learners score. The reporting could probably also be a little better, but the product definitely outshines its flaws.
