What do you like best?

WhatFix makes it easier to help clients with the onboarding process and I love that we can provide content specific guided help that users can access when they feel ready. I also love the support we receive form our CSM and the entire WhatFix team. They are quick to respond and are helpful at providing best use case solutions. I love that our customer engagement has increased and the load on our CS team has decreased.

What do you dislike?

I would like more customization options but the WhatFix staff have been great with feedback and quick to implement new features. Most all of the suggestions I have made over time have been added to the system and have greatly improved ease of use and functionality both for my team and for the end user.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

WhatFix provides solutions to assist with OnBoarding and enhances the user experience. It has also allowed us broaden our reach when informing users of new features and enhancements. Because we can attach educational content with pop up messages our users have been more inclined to explore more than what they are used to.

What do you like best?

The WhatFix staff are highly professional, personable and always a pleasure to deal with. The training they provided on using the tool to create widgets was detailed and thorough, and their technical support team has come through for us time and time again. This is one of the most pleasant experiences I've had as a project manager dealing with a third party professional services company/software vendor.

What do you dislike?

I really have no complaints about the WhatFix staff or software; the only thing I wish I had more of was time to work in the tool myself, but that responsibility falls on other members of my team.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Attend all the training opportunities they provide and encourage the rest of your team to do the same. Excellent content.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our major problems to solve are preventing repetitive emails and calls from our customers asking the same questions about how to use our IT Services end user portal and configuration management database. Also, creating documentation for training on our tools in MS Office documents and Stream training videos, which quickly get outdated, has proven a challenge.

What do you like best?

What I liked most about Whatfix personalized support they offered my team and I getting our in-app training ready for prime time. The ability to publish updates to the content ourselves at anytime is also a big plus.

What do you dislike?

Some features we needed were missing when we first signed up. Whatfix's success team with their great customer service had solutions created for our unique needs. After a few iterations they are working much more smoothly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would advise others considering Whatfix as a solution to keep the user first and that the product owner should try their best to understand user pain points and the best solution to solve for them. Whatfix would be a great tool to help in that endeavor.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Whatfix has helped solve many of the new user on boarding issues AutoZone is facing. Having Whatfix as a single centralized place for the latest training documentation is a game changer. Our software has gone through several iterations since our initial in-person training (pre-covid-19) where we walked our users through the new software solution. With each software update we are easily able to reflect the changes by adapting the existing Whatfix user flows enabling users to navigate new features seamlessly.

Whatfix’s user flows also enables our users to review training for reminders and visual aids for more involved tasks not done very often. During the initial implementation of the Whatfix in-app training solution the Whatfix the team, Shagun Vaish & Apoorva Mittal, were always there to help. Shagun has worked closely with our team to keep us improving and presenting additional measures of success. She and her team provided best practices when we had questions as well as support by elaborating on Whatfix’s technical capabilities. Even going as far to create custom surveying features for us to leverage. In our time using the Whatfix in-app training tool we have seen our users and select focus groups recall more and more, eliminating hours of one-on-one support. A real value for AutoZone we plan to continue to improve upon.

I can't think of anything I don't like about Whatfix. All my comments will be positive :P

What do you like best?

I love the product because it eliminated that need for paper and one on one training. The system is a live tutorial that takes users through the steps they need to complete the action.

What do you dislike?

So far, I like everything about Whatfix live training. This new training will help reduce training calls.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are allowing the users to have an easier transition to an upgraded system. This eliminates paper training and reduces training cost for the company.

What do you like best?

The platform is easy to use with a lot of valuable features. The ability to manipulate your flows and copy and modify them is very intuitive and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

WhatFix can be difficult to implement in some systems but that is not the fault of the WhatFix application. They have been very diligent and resourceful in coming up with ways to work around difficult to integrate with systems.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are hopefully eliminating the need to create dedicated training documents and walk-throughs for business critical processes. Being a integrated with systems will hopefully speed up training and knowledge retention.
