About TAS-CHA

Clara AI Deep Dive with Clara AI

TAS-CHA is an all-in-one work management platform for professional services work, developed and operated by Grand2 Co., Ltd. In most firms information is scattered across tools: chat in one app, tasks in spreadsheets, files in cloud storage, minutes in a word processor. TAS-CHA is built on the opposite principle, so that everything tied to a single project lives in the same place. Business chat, task management with dependencies and Gantt charts, AI task generation, AI file summarization, meeting minutes, file management, scheduling and notes all run on one platform. What is decided in chat becomes a task, attachments are collected into the project's file list automatically, and approved minutes are locked and fingerprinted with a SHA-256 hash so tampering can be detected. It is designed for professionals who run several client engagements and internal projects in parallel, such as lawyers, labor and social security attorneys, certified public accountants, consultants and project managers, and it is also used by sales managers, systems engineers, construction and architectural designers, and video production creators. Clients outside your company can be invited to individual projects and cannot see your other engagements, with edit and view rights assigned by role, and they can join on the Free plan so inviting them costs them nothing. TAS-CHA runs in the browser, as Windows and macOS desktop applications, and as iOS and Android mobile apps, and is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the Tokyo region. The Free plan has no time limit.

TAS-CHA FAQs

What is TAS-CHA and who is it for?

TAS-CHA is an all-in-one work management platform for professional services teams, developed and operated by Grand2 Co., Ltd. It brings business chat, task management, Gantt charts, AI task generation, AI file summarization, meeting minutes, file management, scheduling and notes into a single workspace, so everything tied to a project stays in one place. It is designed for professionals who run several client engagements and internal projects in parallel, such as lawyers, labor and social security attorneys, certified public accountants, consultants and project managers, and it is also used by sales managers, systems engineers, construction and architectural designers, and video production creators. It can be used by a single person or by a team that includes external members.

How much does TAS-CHA cost?

TAS-CHA has two plans. The Free plan costs nothing and includes up to 5 contacts, 5 rooms per user and 500 MB of storage per user, with no time limit. The Standard plan is 550 JPY per user per month (tax included) and includes unlimited contacts, unlimited rooms and 10 GB of storage per user. Chat is unlimited on both plans. Payment is by credit card, and only monthly billing is offered at this time; annual contracts and invoice-based billing for corporate accounts can be discussed through the contact form. Plans can be changed or cancelled from account settings.

Is there a free trial?

TAS-CHA does not use a time-limited trial. Instead it offers a Free plan that can be used indefinitely, with up to 5 contacts, 5 rooms per user and 500 MB of storage per user, so you can evaluate the product at your own pace and upgrade to the Standard plan only when you need more capacity. Clients you invite can also participate on the Free plan, so inviting them does not create a cost for them.

Which platforms and devices does TAS-CHA support?

TAS-CHA runs in the browser (latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox), as desktop applications for Windows and macOS, and as mobile apps for iOS and Android. The iOS app requires iOS 15.0 or iPadOS 15.0 or later and is available on the App Store; the Android app is available on Google Play. Desktop installers are distributed from https://app.tas-cha.com/download . You can sign in to the same account on several devices at once, and message drafts sync between them.

Can I invite clients from outside my company?

Yes. External clients can be invited on a per-project basis, and they can only see the projects they have been invited to, so information about your other engagements stays hidden. Edit and view permissions are assigned by role, so you can decide whether an invited member can change content or only read it. Invited clients can take part on the Free plan, which means you can bring them in without asking them to pay.

What can the AI features do?

TAS-CHA uses Google Vertex AI (Gemini) for two things. AI task generation reads meeting minutes, chat threads and documents, extracts the next actions and suggests owners and due dates; it accepts direct text input, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and plain text files up to 100 MB, and can process several documents at once. AI file summarization produces a structured, section-by-section summary of long PDF and Office documents with links back to the relevant part of the source. Sending data to AI requires explicit consent the first time, the consent date and version are recorded, and consent can be withdrawn from settings. Under the Vertex AI agreement, user data is not used to train foundation models.

How does TAS-CHA handle meeting minutes?

Minutes are written collaboratively in real time, with conflicts resolved automatically so several people can edit the same document at once. Once the participants approve the minutes, editing is locked and the content is fingerprinted with a SHA-256 hash, so any later tampering can be detected. A history of who edited what and when is retained, and minutes can be exported to PDF or Word with the approval information and hash value printed alongside the text.

How is my data protected?

TAS-CHA runs on Google Cloud Platform in the Tokyo region, using managed databases and caching, file storage with multi-provider failover, and automated backups. Web, mobile and real-time traffic is encrypted, with TLS 1.2 or above at the load balancer, and session cookies are Secure with SameSite control in production. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text, and Google Calendar and Apple Sign-In refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Sign-in options are email and password, Google OAuth, and Apple Sign-In, with JWT plus refresh token rotation and expiry after 30 days of inactivity. Members are separated per project, so anyone who has not been invited can neither view nor edit that project.

Does TAS-CHA integrate with other tools or offer an API?

Google Calendar integration is available for scheduling: you propose candidate times, participants respond, and once a time is fixed the event is confirmed automatically and linked to chat notifications and task creation. Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendar integration is not supported at this time. There is no public API today, and there is no automatic import of past logs from other chat tools or bulk import of tasks from Excel or CSV, although Excel files can be passed to AI task generation. If you need a specific integration, please get in touch through the contact form at https://hp.tas-cha.com/contact/ .

How long does setup take, and how do I get support?

Setting up an account, creating a project and inviting members takes only a few minutes, so most teams can start using TAS-CHA the same day. You can sign up for free at https://app.tas-cha.com/auth/signup/ . Support is handled mainly through the contact form at https://hp.tas-cha.com/contact/ , which accepts enquiries at any time and is answered in order once the content has been reviewed; you can also call +81-3-6427-0944 for pre-sales and rollout questions.
