Audit Trail
An audit trail is defined as a step-by-step sequential record which provides evidence of the documented history of financial transactions to its source. An auditor can trace the financial data of a particular transaction right from the general ledger to its source document with the help of the audit trail.
Access Control
Access control is the method for limiting access to sensitive information. Through an access control gateway, only those whose identities have been validated can access company data. This selective restriction of data is done using authentication and authorization.
Predefined Templates
Predefined templates are document samples that have been pre-formatted and contain the most important layout and design features. To build a final draft, they can be filled with graphical and textual material. A template is a predetermined unit that is used to create document layouts, websites, brochures, or newspaper pages.
