What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that MeetEdgar is very easy to use. It helps us generate more responses from our customers on our social media platforms. Instead of spending one to two hours a day creating fresh content or post updates, most people don’t see any way I can do this task once or twice a week and allow Edgar to create a schedule and publish it on specific dates. I’ve realized that recycling our content is also quite useful for the business because it promotes customer retention. Our material is organized into one database where we can access it whenever we needed to recycle old posts for promotion purposes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Using MeetEdgar has made my business known to a more significant number of audience in no time. I appreciate all of the help that it has provided us, especially in promoting and re-posting our content via Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. However, there are certain things that I think they need to work on or improve to give their customers a better user experience. Let me start with the user interface that needs some upgrades in terms of design. I wanted it to look more professional and impressive at first glance. Customization of the UI per user would be nice, so we get to control what we see on our tools once we log in. Second would be developing the reporting site, thus making it more specific. I would like to see the daily statistics and trends of each campaign that we are running to formulate a more effective strategy to become more successful quickly. I can say that MeetEdgar is an excellent software to have when you are into marketing your products and services in a B2B platform, but there is no harm in finding ways to innovate.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Evergreen holds a lot of branches located in different states, and we have thousands of high-quality content that we would like to share with the public so we would be able to get more clients and sustain the business throughout the year. We want to find a way to utilize and maximize our content so we would always have something useful to show our clients during business meetings or out of town seminars.
