What are the best aspects of this product?
More than anything, the thing that I loved the most about this software is how easy it was to use, how simple it is, and how it didn't have a steep learning curve. I very quickly got the hang of it, so I could use it immediately to book and adjust appointments and get our business in order.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I didn't have a hard time getting the hang of it, but I can imagine people who aren't as tech-savvy maybe having a much more difficult time. The software doesn't have a lot of tutorials, and I wasn't as impressed with the customer support agents. That's certainly one aspect that the makers can improve.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software isn't just a timesaver. I've seen miscommunications go down thanks to this, and it has also made booking appointments much more efficient since it can be done either on the website or on the app.
