BookSteam is online scheduling software that enables its users to manage their time more effectively and efficiently. The software helps its users to remind and confirm appointments with the clients by sending them personalized notifications through SMS and emails that can be customized. Users can manage the database of their clients by storing, updated and managing their profiles, checking the customer history, capturing the customer notes, and also creating tags to identify clients with ease. One can design a book page for one’s brand by personalizing themes, colors, and fonts of the BookStream through the software. The software allows its users to sync all of their bookings in one place in order to keep the functioning of the business more straightforward. Browshot allows its users to customize the way the clients are viewing their class calendar or schedule and they also modify this feature by changing the view to either a calendar or a list view.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Has a dynamic UI that is smooth to navigate, easy to use and it doesn’t take much of your time. It makes planning and scheduling extremely efficient for me, which is perfect for managing and tracking all employees, their tasks, and their work shifts. The tool generates useful notifications and reports constantly as well. In addition, BookSteam works efficiently with MailChimp and other tools that are essential for my workflow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

BookSteam has no big disadvantage. This is terrifically useful for many important tasks in our company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has drastically improved our sluggish and outdated information handling tasks. It helps us in efficiently classifying client meetings according to methodologies, expertise and profession among other factors. And this significantly pulls down the number of hours we spend for certain tasks in a week, which is great since we can allocate other hours for different work.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use and outstanding booking tool that I use for quite some time now. It has made much of our processes easier and better, and it a terrific time saver too. This helps our business acquire bigger sales. Plus, it has dependable user support that genuinely listens to our suggestions and points, which is great for boosting their platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks sufficiency in API. However, I expect its developers to work this problem out soon. After all, they always try to successfully satisfy user demands.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

BookSteam features an online interface that is easy to personalize and a mobile application that allows us to do our work conveniently. It lets us manage invoices and create policies for the appointment. Also, it has an online front-end interface that our clients can use. Such accounts are convenient for them to set, cancel, or modify schedules. BookSteam is truly perfect for our business needs!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is very easy to use both on the front and back end. I don’t have difficulties using it as an administrator, then my clients enjoy smooth user experience through their accounts too. It also comes in cheap Canadian dollar price rates, which means I don’t need to worry about unstable USD comparisons. And oh, the user support team proves dependable each time I connect with them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like a feature that can limit certain activities, such as limiting the number of messages I receive in a day, without affecting other options I need. Also, it doesn’t feature notes on receipts, doesn’t allow external reviews such as on Google and Facebook, and it doesn’t have auto-link features for Instagram. It is difficult or impossible to personalize some front-end options for clients too. And it suspends funds for few days if clients or customers get gift certs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Haven’t experienced any problem with this. Not to mention it has a support team that helps me at any needed time.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

With booksteam.com we no longer have any scheduling limitations. As a matter of fact, we do scheduling online, and this tool was the right way to start doing it. We were comparing it to 5 or 6 similar programs, but none was this easy and full of productive features. We also love the modern design, and the fact that it supports credit card processing via stripe.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, there was absolutely nothing to dislike, I can’t even think of improvements. I just hope they're not going to mess up something, I really like the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We solved our booking issues, our phones used to burn day and night by customers wanting to schedule, re-schedule, or cancel their appointments. We feel relieved to have enabled them to do it online, not even to mention how much time we are saving overall.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

BookSteam is a part of our team since 2013, which means we have quite a story to tell about it. We were driven to it by several unsuccesful attempts of discovering online scheduling services, and I'm somehow grateful to all those imperfect programs that defocused the spotlight towards BookSteam. What can I say? Fantastic service, fantastic features, fantastic support at all times. What we want is for BookStream to remain as it is, we need it for many years to come!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, users are booking and paying via Stripe, and the integration is pretty awesome. Still, what would be really great is to introduce PayPal, many more people would make use of it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We removed workload from our shoulders by transfering scheduling online. Users can do almost everything-book a new appointment, cancel or edit old ones, or even look for information. We extended usage to client, appointment, and staff management too. Cool, isn't it?

What do you like best?

I've been using Booksteam for the past year and I have to say that it's the most reliable, user-friendly, and innovative booking platform on the market. They have saved me so much time and have actually increased sales, making everything so much better. Booksteam also has a great customer support team and is always listening to feedback to further improve their site.

What do you dislike?

It's not API compliant, but I know the company is working on this. They're always working to stay competitive and always looking to meet their customers needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can use it on my smart phone, easily setup appointment policies, and track invoices within minutes. It's also great that my clients can schedule, cancel or reschedule all on their own via their online account. The booking site itself is also very customizable making it easy to tailor the platform to your business needs.

What do you like best?

I love that the plans are affordable, in Canadian dollars so not fluctuating US dollar, customer service is amazing, easy to use for my clients (they love it better than my old software Booker) because it's easier to navigate! It was easy to set up and so easy to navigate as an Administrator. I am so happy I found you!

What do you dislike?

Would like the option to max out certain services (for example, max out massages at 5 per day and the other services are unlimited), no option to enter tips on receipts, don't like that swipe holds funds for 6 days when a client purchases a gift card, can't customize certain client notifications, no option for reviews outside the system such as google, Facebook etc. No booking link option on Instagram.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have no issues currently, but every time I have had questions they always respond quickly.

What do you like best?

Booksteam is anything but difficult to utilize. Doesn't take much time in seeing how to utilize the product. Makes it simple to monitor every one of my representatives working under me and their arrangements. This product has helped me in streamlining my planning. The product has a smooth interface which makes it extremely simple to explore. Reports are likewise produced consequently so it is anything but difficult to follow participation. Othe programming like MailChimp can even be matched up making my work all the more simple.

What do you dislike?

Nothing major truly. Exceptionally satisfied with the scheduler, highlights, administration and valuing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This product is extraordinary for dealing with numerous specialists juggling diverse modalities over a few areas.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since we are utilizing Booksteam, we have totally streamlined our old-school manual information exchange process. We are currently ready to have clients sort sessions by area/specialist/methodology. This spares us many, numerous long periods of work every week, it's incredible!

What do you like best?

We love Booksteam's versatility - customers can search by location, practitioner, class type, etc. And the reports it generates are very helpful in terms of tracking attendance, no-shows, and seeing trends develop over time. Also, I have to give a shout-out to customer support which is second to none. We've had a LOT of questions while setting up the system, and I can honestly say there was not a single time they did not reply quickly and concisely (usually within a 2-hour window; sometimes as quickly as 5 minutes). This is a HUGE step up from the customer support at the two other scheduling services we tried.

What do you dislike?

I do wish they were API-enabled, but they say that is in the works. Also it's worth mentioning that the setup process (particularly for multiple practitioners across several locations) takes a loooooong time. But I think it would be the same with ANY software that has as many capabilities as this one. Once the setup is done, though, the hours it will save you in the future make it all worthwhile!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This software is great for managing multiple practitioners juggling different modalities across several locations.

Now that we are using Booksteam, we have completely streamlined our old-school manual signup process. We are now able to have customers sort sessions by location/practitioner/modality. This saves us many, many hours of work each week, it's great!
