What do you like best?
I really like the Power BI data mining you can do, the unlimited Guest User accounts you can create to ensure everyone is updated in real-time on project/activity status and the web-based forms you can create to allow users to enter requests that will insert into the system for our team to triage.
What do you dislike?
Would be even more powerful if the forms drop-down options allowed for dynamic list creation based on choices already selected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend taking your time when getting to know the software. It has a lot of features you need to flush out as every business is a little different. Also, have an example of what you are looking for to help with sizing up this product.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our most significate problem is the process of tracking such a complex workflow. We use a number of different software packages(OneNote, TEAMS, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) to keep all of this information organized. EasyProject allows us to track and link these different sources together.
