What is Appoint Me?
Appoint Me is an online booking system for businesses that take appointments: clinics, physios, therapists, salons, barbers and trades that visit customers at home. Customers book from a page that shows only your business, and your team works from a shared diary.
How much does Appoint Me cost?
£50 a month for the first location and £40 a month for each extra location. Every feature is included, with unlimited staff and unlimited bookings. While our founding places last, your first 6 months are £5 in total, every feature and every location; without a founding place the first month is £5. No free trial. Cancel any month.
Does Appoint Me take a commission on bookings?
No. Appoint Me takes 0% commission on every booking. Deposits, no-show fees, tips and prepaid sessions are paid straight into your own Stripe account.
Is there a limit on staff or bookings?
No. The price is per location, so you can add as many staff and take as many bookings as you need at no extra cost.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Each location has its own address, opening hours and team, all managed from one account. Each extra location is £40 a month.
Can customers pay a deposit when they book?
Yes. You can take deposits, charge no-show fees, save cards for later and accept tips and prepaid sessions. Payments go through Stripe into your own account.
Do customers get reminders?
Yes. Every booking gets an email confirmation, and reminders go out by email, WhatsApp and text. Customers can move or cancel their own booking outside the window you set.
Which languages and currencies does it support?
The booking pages and the business software are available in 23 languages and 17 currencies. The Apple and Android apps are in 19 languages.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Appoint Me runs in the web browser on any computer, tablet or phone. There are also free Android apps on Google Play, and the Apple apps, for iPhone and iPad, are on their way.
