SeatPlan.io is a drag-and-drop seating chart maker and event floor plan tool for weddings, corporate events, galas, conferences, classrooms and venues. Start in the free designer at seatplan.io/designer, with no signup. Place round and rectangular tables, staging, a dance floor, bar or DJ booth where they sit in your real room. Import your guest list from Excel, CSV or Google Sheets, tag dietary needs and notes, then drag guests onto seats. Start from a template or upload a photo or PDF of a floor plan and let AI floor plan import build a first layout for you to review. Plan together: share a link with a partner, client or team and edit in real time. When the plan is ready, export print-ready PDFs and Excel seat lists, print name cards, or put up a QR sign so guests find their own table. SeatPlan 3D (Beta) turns your chart into a room you can look around, and you can keep editing in 3D: move and turn tables, add seats and drag guests onto chairs. Seated guests appear in their chairs, and you can point at any chair to see who sits there. With the Event & Venue Manager plan, import a venue's CAD/DXF drawing and SeatPlan rebuilds it as a walk-through 3D building with walls, windows and doors, then walk the room at eye level. Plans: designing is free. Pro is £8 (one-off), Collaborate is £14 (one-off), Classroom is £29 per school year for teachers, and Event & Venue Manager (£40/month) is for planners and venues that run many events, and is free for a year for approved non-profits.
