What are the best aspects of this product?
I’ve been a Workplace user for a long time already, and I am contented with its performance because posting for updates and sending messages is never a problem for me. I haven’t experienced many system issues and downtime while using this app. As long as you have a stable internet connection, you can talk to your team members 24/7. I also love the fact that you can easily use the search tab on the top of the page to search for anything that you need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Poor integration capability as it works as a standalone program. Hopefully, they could look into these soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is way better compared to Slack if you’d ask me. More users, especially non-tech savvy, can quickly adapt to the Workplace platform without much training. Using this application is indeed less stressful for the majority in the office. Give them a day or two to figure things out, and they’ll be on board in no time.
