What do you like best?
It cuts out an entire piece of your demo request funnel.
Typically there is a drop off of # Users Submitting Form -> # Users View Email/Pick Up Phone Call Received -> # Meetings Booked.
But Chili Piper has helped us condense this funnel to # Users Submitting Form -> # Meetings Booked.
By removing the delay before the customer gets to book a meeting, we've seen a significant lift in the number of inbound meetings booked, and our sales team has been extremely happy!
What do you dislike?
I wish the widget loaded in less than half a second every single time, but of course that's something you wish from every software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the work in Salesforce to automate Opportunity Creation. That has been a gamechanger forus.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're reducing friction from our form -> meeting funnel and setting a lot more meetings because of it! :)
