Appoint.ly aims to make the process of scheduling appointments with your customers a lot easier, as well as avoiding double bookings or missed appointments (from either you or the customer). To start using this solution, you need to set your availability when you can schedule appointments in Appoint.ly. You pick the best time for you, rather that having to juggle appointments, or schedule appointments outside your normal hours. Your clients can see this availability on your calendar and they can then pick one of the free slots to schedule an appointment with just one click. The event is then automatically added to your calendar, and invites are also automatically sent out straight away. This solution integrates with all major calendar apps, such as the calendars from Google, Microsoft, and Apple, so all appointments are automatically created and show up there. There is no need to install another calendar app.
