What are the best aspects of this product?
The most important ones: simple integration with my calendar, time zone synchronization, and manual adjustments of my availability. These are the core of the app and it all works exactly as I expect such app to work. Despite, I really like the UX, the design, and the reminders before the meetings. And I have to mention customer support - very nice, polite, and always ready to help.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's not a really big issue, but as I have to write something, I'll go with it: Setting a break between meetings. When I set it, it's added automatically to all the slots. I think it would be awesome if it could be added only once some appointment is scheduled. But I don't know if it's even possible to make - I imagine it may cause problems when people would try to schedule an appointment for the different hour at the same time.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
+ ability to merge a few users into one appointment type (for instance: demo on our website - one user to be chosen among the available ones
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Sending back-and-forth emails. We used to waste our time on trying to find the time that would fit both us and our clients. With Appoint.ly, our clients simply choose what fits them, and as it's integrated with our calendars - it's always fine for us.
