What do you like best?
The platform is quite capable of handling business contacts. It's easy to organize them, and since you have a good integration with Microsoft excel, it's easy to import databases into spreadsheets from one platform to the other. It also offers the possibility of managing sales funnels in a personalized way. We are fully satisfied using Quickbase, due to its excellent starting price. It is excellent, and proves to be a good investment in a short time. Quickbase integrates surprisingly well with external platforms through the use of API services. Its open API is excellent, highly recommended for it. It has a very complete customer service support, full of speed when answering all the questions you have. They are quite punctual. The community of followers of Quickbase is quite extensive, and in his majority is about people with desire to help and collaborate with the new users.
What do you dislike?
Quickbase lacks an adequate workflow management system, since it can not review the automation of business processes, nor does it have a graphic editing tool for workflows. Neither allows you to configure them, or configure at least the access controls to these. When it comes to mail marketing campaigns, quickbase does not have much capacity to handle them.
