Smarterqueue has made its best improvements with Instagram functionality. Overall, I save precious time by scheduling out posts weeks in advance. I can easily add/remove posts.
Having all of my social media platforms in one place is gold. No more clicking from site to site.
Also, being able to search for graphics and gifs instead of the download/upload process saves additional time. Smarterqueue has a "vary media" feature for repetitive posts.
It would be nice if SmarterQueue could pull suggested content variations for my blog posts. I am not sure if this is their fault but finding other blog feeds has become a recent issue. Some of the Curate from social media options won't load.
I have access to all of my social media accounts in one place rather than clicking from site to site.
I no longer have to download/upload images because of the image search function.

I really love the ability to create categories across all platforms to break up the kind of posts you are doing and allow them to have their own schedule. The find content feature allows me to keep track of other blogs that we like to share and I love that we can make that automated or not. The posting plan is a great visual with all the various colours that helps us to see where our gaps are.

We needed to share a range of products to multiple social media in a planned way. SmarterQueue allows us to do this in a simple and deliberate manner.
I have multiple social media clients and my own biz to promote. I have used Hootsuite, Post Planner, CoSchedule, Buffer, and multiple other services looking for the right blend of speed, scalability, and of course, price.
I did not find SmarterQueue in my searchers, instead, I was reading a blogpost and the lady happened to mention it. I was intrigued by what she said it would do and how affordable it was.
The only thing I don't like about SmarterQueue and I feel this is probably an Instagram issue and not a development issue on SmarterQueue is the fact you cannot post gifs, videos or multiple images to Insta through SmarterQueue. I'm okay with single images though.
They usually have a free trial period - I highly recommend it if you have multiple clients that want unique, engaging social media posts - this is a valuable tool to have in your toolbox.
TIme and scheduling of posts for clients and the time-saving factor are huge. They have a great library of images and gifs and I never have posts dropped.
I love SmarterQueue's post recycling feature. I now have enough backlogged content that my social media profiles will be posting relevant content on autopilot for months. I also love their RSS import feature as this makes it very easy for me to find content to share from other blogs in my niche. The posting categories are wonderful, as well, as I have complete control over the frequency at which different types of content are posted - for example, I can make sure articles from my blog are being shared a certain number of times per week. Finally, the seasonal categories are great - this past holiday season, my social media accounts started automatically posting Christmas content without me having to touch them!
There are some features still in development that will make the platform easier to use once they are finished. For example, it would be nice to be able to delete underperforming content from my queue directly from the "past posts" page where I'm able to view the analytics, but over time the development team has continued to make improvements of this sort.
I trialed several all-in-one social media management platforms, including some of the more expensive ones, and this one is hands-down my favorite for Facebook and Twitter. I believe it could also be effective for Instagram and Pinterest depending on your strategy on those platforms.
Creating posts for social media used to take me a few hours per week; now it takes me just a few hours per month or less, yet my Facebook audience, reach, and engagement has continued to grow.
This program has an excellent capacity and ability to adapt social media programs in your own way and according to your needs. Authorizing the publication of content on social networks is quite simple and without any problem.
Its price is very cheap compared to others. It is possible to handle different content for many social networks at the same time and from the same place. You can connect all social networks such as: twitter, linkedin, instagram from the same site which makes it easier to communicate with customers.
I think it would be quite helpful if I had a mobile application to handle it from the cellular device. Sometimes it is a bit complicated to publish in some social networks, generally the one that gives more problems is Instagram.
If you need to manage a large number of corporate social networks you can easily achieve it with this program.
I can manage the large number of social networks that the company has through this program, so save time spent on other programs that did not give the right result. Everything is done automatically so it is easier to post the different marketing campaigns that I carry, I currently keep all networks active and at the forefront of publications.

Although we don't currently have a mobile version, you can access most functionality of SmarterQueue by visiting the site using your phone's browser.

This is probably the best social media automation software I have used to date. Easy interface, a clear queue, and an easy to read and manipulate scheduling element.
If you have a large number of social media profiles or manage some for clients, the price can become expensive.
This saves me hours of posting work with social media automation.
Ease of use with this product. Able to schedule on Twitter and Facebook.
I wish there were more platforms that can be scheduled.

My favorite feature is the ability to create variations of a Twitter post for re-queueing so that I don't have to constantly change a post every time I want to post it.
The only drawbacks are that it's a little pricey, and they don't currently have an app.
Join the Facebook users group, and email questions if you have them. They are very responsive.
I save easily 10+ hours a week by scheduling using SmarterQueue. The ability to grab artwork from either a link being posted, another website, or even free artwork right while posting is such a timesaver alone.
I've been using Smarterqueue for about a year, and have become a big fan. Not only is the software easy to set up and use, but the customer service is very responsive and welcomes feedback. I've recommended this program many times, and even did a review on my website.
As a solopreneur it's kind of expensive, but I'm grateful for all the features and benefits. And they even created a custom plan for me based on my needs.
