I love that I create the content once and it is rescheduled automatically so that my content gets shared automatically many times and that I can create multiple posts from the same content to give it variety.
Not much to dislike. If I would improve on anything it would probably be a cleaner way to see the queue and the scheduling but I am not sure how to make that happen.
It solves my problem of posting content on a regular basis. With SmarterQueue I look like I have all my ducks in a row and it ensures that I keep a consistent presence on social media
I could not run my business without Smarterqueue and am so incredibly thankful for the consistency, convenience, and time saving benefits that this great platform offers me. I will be a life-long loyal customer.
I am more than happy to recommend SmarterQueue to any business owner who wishes to focus on business growth rather than spending their time on social media.
Thanks to SmarterQueue I have saved myself hours of work every week. The convenience is impressive, and the option to recycle posts is genius. Thank you so much.
The help by chat & email is excellent. Most recently, I was confused about queueing on 2 different profiles but Waqar sent me a Loom video - not a generic one but on my own dashboard so it was very easy to understand & rectify.
It's super easy to create posts & make it longer by adding words to images or videos and links too.
And the posting plan & queueing is genius - now I post even when I don't due to the recycling option.
So far, I haven't found any negatives though am yet to work out whether using any kind of scheduling tool affects the algorithms & how many people see my posts
Try it - if you get a code you can have 30 days instead of 14. I'm not 'techy' & find it really easy to use.
I hated social media posts - having to think, remember, schedule, etc. This makes it easy - I can create posts anytime, queue or schedule them & then let them recycle or edit in the future.
Scheduling out content based off categories.
No ability to post a gif - I also think the analytics could be more in depth if the platform has access to your profiles.
Stories publishing would be great
I love that I can schedule out a recurring post with different captions. I can organize all my social media accounts in one place.
Very Robust Social Media Management System and Reliable, Quick Customer Support. The platform is always expanding and relevant to the continuous changes being made on all social media channels.
It took me a while to learn; however, there are great tutorials and customer support. The support aspect is essential to get help when you need it.
I solved the overwhelm of trying to keep up with social media marketing. Benefits: Better Efficiency, Creativity in Posts, Improved Engagement
I love that you can add posts to a queue, and it continues to post them, so when you are really busy, you do not have to worry about staying consistent on social media because the system does it for you.
It's quite an expensive tool for a small business.
I can concentrate on creating quality social media posts because the generic posts are feeding through automatically.
Smarterqueue has made its best improvements with Instagram functionality. Overall, I save precious time by scheduling out posts weeks in advance. I can easily add/remove posts.
Having all of my social media platforms in one place is gold. No more clicking from site to site.
Also, being able to search for graphics and gifs instead of the download/upload process saves additional time. Smarterqueue has a "vary media" feature for repetitive posts.
It would be nice if SmarterQueue could pull suggested content variations for my blog posts. I am not sure if this is their fault but finding other blog feeds has become a recent issue. Some of the Curate from social media options won't load.
I have access to all of my social media accounts in one place rather than clicking from site to site.
I no longer have to download/upload images because of the image search function.
Time management has improved. I now have a life.
I have multiple social media clients and my own biz to promote. I have used Hootsuite, Post Planner, CoSchedule, Buffer, and multiple other services looking for the right blend of speed, scalability, and of course, price.
I did not find SmarterQueue in my searchers, instead, I was reading a blogpost and the lady happened to mention it. I was intrigued by what she said it would do and how affordable it was.
The only thing I don't like about SmarterQueue and I feel this is probably an Instagram issue and not a development issue on SmarterQueue is the fact you cannot post gifs, videos or multiple images to Insta through SmarterQueue. I'm okay with single images though.
They usually have a free trial period - I highly recommend it if you have multiple clients that want unique, engaging social media posts - this is a valuable tool to have in your toolbox.
TIme and scheduling of posts for clients and the time-saving factor are huge. They have a great library of images and gifs and I never have posts dropped.
Ease of publishing with the posting plan
It is a hassle having to reconnect to Social media based on their requirements.

It's really intuative, and has loads of handy features that make it so easy to bring content in from other places include analysis of what works on my accounts.
And, then there's the Evergreen feature, which is why I was drawn to Smarterqueue, but this is very much not the only thing they do.
I really liked the daily tips to get started and the timely response from the help team.
Only being able to set a pattern of posts over 1 week feels a bit contraining as I don't want to overwhelm my clients by posting too much, but I did want 5 categories to start with. In the end I've gone with 3 and it's working OK at the moment.
I find it so much easier to just drop post content into a continuous feed without having to think what day and time to schedule it at. And then I can add in and tweak the timings once there in. It's actually getting me to post regularly, which I've never managed before.
