Rydoo is an expense management software that offers automation in managing the expenses of the employees. It is suitable for corporations of all sizes. Apart from business organisations, it can also be used to manage individual expenses. It allows users/employees to scan receipts/bills of expenses incurred using the built-in OCR technology. The app then extracts necessary information from the receipts to create expense analytics. Users can also add notes along with the uploaded files. It gives you real-time statistics and offers on-board actionable insights, which assists in decision making. Furthermore, an admin can also track mileage using Google Maps and users can generate expense and reimbursement reports. The reports can be exported in PDF or CSV format, which can later be merged directly into the company’s accounting software. Rydoo also integrates some of the popular work tools such as Uber, Mastercard, Oracle, etc. Besides all these functionalities, it also renders robust customer support for in-perfect quality checking.
