What do you like best about Rydoo?I used Rydoo also in a previous workplace, it has very much improved since then. It's very easy to use and very intuitive.What do you dislike about Rydoo?In the past time (a year ago) there were bugs in the system, it was not easy to upload not standardised tickets, but now it's working perfect.What problems is Rydoo solving and how is that benefiting you?This tool is excellent for reporting expenses, making it easy to ensure that each expense is approved by the appropriate person in the hierarchy. I also appreciate the useful feature that calculates the kilometers I have driven and allows me to submit the corresponding cost per kilometer.

What do you like best about Rydoo?Overall the app is fairly straightforward and works well making it easier to enter expenses. What do you dislike about Rydoo?I don’t like the fact that you can’t work offline when I’m traveling on a plane ? or do not have good internet connection. Also, I have to go back after submitting a receipt and do some editing to those receipts which is time consuming. What problems is Rydoo solving and how is that benefiting you?Overall Easier to do expenses.

"Rydoo works great and its tools are amazingly organized"

What do you like best about Rydoo?

First of all, I use the Rydoo app to take photos of all my receipts and gather the electronic ones then upload them all at once. I like the clean interface and I like that there are different ways to create an expense.

What do you dislike about Rydoo?

Sometimes the mobile app does not sync properly, but I have noticed significant improvements over the last 6 months so I'm confident this is being worked on.

What problems is Rydoo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good history of expenses and good usage of information captured from receipts. Makes it easier to validate and verify expenses with the instant picture option. Reporting is good and has several options.
