We love Kissflow for desktop browsers but this Android app is terrible. It hangs on a white screen no matter what options you click. Is slow or broken or both? I can't tell!
I was able to configure a complex workflow in just about 4 hours with ease in compare with the previous app we've using for almost three years. App is so simple to use, no programming background required and it's user-friendly and totally no coding required. Built-in email notifications and ready to use and can be edited. Built-in tasks such as Return ticket with clarity. Dozens of useful built-in apps ready for modification. Easy deployment of app. No wonder it is called KiSSFLOW - Keep it Smart and Simple. Appreciate the tech guys of KiSSFLOW, they are very prompt in providing support despite the time zone difference.
Report generation is one of it's drawbacks. Can't generate a report to show where and who violated the SLA. A report that can be generated for daily or monthly basis. Sometimes there is a slowdown in using app. Mobile app does not have search facility. There is no database to access the records to generate complex reports. User management is so simple. Allocating user to a certain workflow is a bit cumbersome.

Depending on your business you may need more applications for human resources, others will need more for sales, others to insert data ... The good thing about this software is that you can select the ones you need the most and install them with a click.
Mainly we use it for sales and we have selected several applications that help us to insert data faster and so that we can better manage new product campaigns.

The mobile application is not as well optimized as the web version. When you want to review the tasks or insert data takes much more time and it is better to wait until you can connect to the computer, since a lot of time is lost through the mobile application. They should work on a better optimization that allows entering data and checking tasks more easily.

Sometimes the app doesn't work, or take too long to retrieve the current tasks. It could have a customer portal, so customers could start processes themselves.
