What do you like best?
That it can auto generate emails based on customers search/buying history, making it more relevant and personalised to the individual customer.
It's fantastic with the way it works in my store - product images are directly inserted from the website, so I'm not having to manually upload these to construct the template.
The auto personalised email system is such a smart tool for the sole trader. It runs on auto pilot.

Nothing to dislike and everything to gain.

It's well worth giving it a shot. Great program and customer support. Online help documentation is excellent and covers many aspects of Smartrmail. The staff are super friendly and there to help you along the way. We're both aiming for the same target which is getting the best out of your business and taking care of customers.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can purely focus on my existing client base and promote what is of interest to them. Makes far more sense to look after your existing customers and provide them with special offers and promos.
