"Great, easy to use platform for service companies!"

What do you like best?

Its very user friendly and makes managing your business a lot easier. Perfect for setting client appointment, logging in client profiles and keep track of daily work

What do you dislike?

While it is pretty customizable, there is still some room for improvement. It would be nice to have more flexibility to edit and customize client email notifications and appointment reminders

Test it out and you'll see it's far better than most of what's available on the market

"Excellent CRM"

What do you like best?

Jobber makes managing clients, invoices, past & previous jobs easy. The user portal is easy to use, understand & interpret. I like that you can take payments directly to the invoice. Invoices can be sent to the customer via text message or email & can be paid directly by the customer or can be manually entered in. Each client has their own portal where they can pull up past & present invoices & download them as pdfs.

What do you dislike?

Their mobile app for in the field is kind of limited. Employees are not able to take payments directly through the app and have to use a mobile browser, go to the website & login. The only other dislike I have is that their service is missing an e-signature. You can have clients on scene sign with their finger on a device, but clients who are not on scene or in the case of a deposit, there is no way for them to sign remotely.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you or your company is looking for a sophisticated CRM that is easy to use & offers features that other CRMs are charging absurd amounts for, look no further than Jobber. Jobber is literally the perfect all in one CRM for any sized business. Between client management, invoicing, processing payments, detailed reports & personalized branding, Jobber is the best choice in my opinion.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Jobber simplifies the management of clients. Once a client is stored into the database, they are easily accessible to all of my employees. Invoices can be generated right from within the system & sent directly to the client. Clients can pay or cards can manually entered. Clients have access to their information through an exclusive client hub Jobber offers. Jobber also lets you see when the last time a client has checked their hub, viewed an invoice, opened it or paid it. It has made client organization so much easier.

"Great all in one software for small businesses "

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is for me to schedule my technicians and keep all of the job and invoicing information together in one convenient place. Overall jobber is easy to use, customer support is phenomenal, and it just gets the job done.

What do you dislike?

There are a few things that require more steps than absolutely necessary, but once you get the hang of it you can move through them quickly. I do wish it would integrate a little bit better with QuickBooks by allowing categories, and I do sometimes have difficulty getting invoices that have been paid via Jobber to sync. There also isn’tA fantastic way to create invoices for individual properties or sub customers under a parent company even though you can have some customers listed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give their free trial a run! It allows you to access all features. The support team is amazing and incredibly helpful!

You can have this running in the background while you grow your business

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

My team and I have had no issues learning and using Jobber. In fact, it has helped us track our tasks better. Most of the functions are just right at your fingertips owing to its neat and simple design. In the few times that we have had issues with the tool, their support team was always ready to help. This is an overall excellent tool. Most importantly, it’s free!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We send out recurring emails that my team and I would prefer to be automated. For now, Jobber still does not have the capacity to support this. Also, there are times that the system would bag down because of the sheer number of users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve seen an uptick in productivity as well as in sales ever since we started using Jobber. This is all thanks to the numerous features that it offers. It is an excellent management tool overall.

Perfect solution for task planning and management

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Jobber is intuitive, easy to use, and adaptable to our organization’s specific needs. Its help desk and current modules are excellent as well. I like that it allows us to create notes and adjustments. I also like the data syncing, the ease of using a calendar, and the access to personalization functions. Such an excellent software to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like about this tool is its inability to issue billing in large batches. It could have been possible for us to obtain multiple invoices without the need to perform multiple operations when the feature is available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its mobile capability allows us to control and track planned goals and project for team production. This ability saves us a lot of time and helps us cope with the whole team during the production process.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have expanded our customer base and increased our sales by 10% in a short period with Jobber. All our projects can now be accessed in a single place with this tool, and with this capability, everyone involved in the project can receive a real-time update whenever changes are implemented. We had saved a lot of time in business management, thus allowing us to focus more on serving our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app sometimes crashes, and I need to reload it to work again. But for me, this problem isn’t a big deal because I know that the Jobber team is doing their best to address and fix this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company is looking for a solution to help our staff become more productive by providing updated data about our products. Jobber is our go-to source for this. It helps my team work faster because they can now access and view all the necessary data in a single place. We had provided reliable payment options to customers and let them book online as well. This is a perfect solution if you need to boost your sales and improve your customer service.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The most notable things about Jobber are its excellent tools for arranging our calendars and payment schedules. It has a wide range of other functionalities as well that helps us connect better with our clients. Additionally, Jobber is a cost-effective solution because even its standard edition is already giving us a high ROI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I dislike about Jobber considering that it is an intuitive and first-class scheduling application.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Although we have a complicated scheduling system, we managed to adopt Jobber without problems. Because of that, we have a more streamlined calendar that helps us meet our clients' needs.

"One of the best tools I have in my toolkit! "

What do you like best?

I like how Jobber is constantly looking to improve the experience that clients have with their software. They are constantly release and development useful things to keep users like me one step ahead of the competition.

What do you dislike?

I think the reporting in Jobber could be much more useful. More data regarding revenue, employee efficiency, production rates, etc.

Being able to bill clients automatically after completion of a job by securely storing our client's credit card information into Jobber.

"Jobber has made my life easier"

What do you like best?

Before jobber, we attempted to have systems and processes in place to capture customer information and requests but a lot of things were falling through the cracks. We were using multiple software programs to accomplish everything we’re using jobber for now. Possibly the best part of jobber is there highly interactive team, and the speed in which they launch new features after hearing customer requests.

What do you dislike?

Honestly not much can be said negatively about jobber. Any negatives can be brought up straight to the jobber team and they work quickly on finding a solution.

Take the onboarding class with jobber, it’s excellent training.
