"Housecall Pro has made our business much more organized!"

What do you like best?

We really like the cloud based application that we can utilize anywhere that we have a computer, tablet or phone available. The customers really like the ability to pay invoices right from their emailed invoice. The organization of our customers in one place that is accessible.

What do you dislike?

The maintenance agreements are workable but they could be easier to configure with each customer. I wish that we could customize our invoices a little better to make them look a little more professional and not so plain. They still have some kinks to iron out but I feel like they are always looking to make their program better and more efficient.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We looked at a lot of different programs for our HVAC business - Housecall Pro had the bells and whistles that we wanted for the best price.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easier to communicate with customers. Customers can pay us directly from their invoices. Organization of our customer lists. Our on call techs can access the program easily from their phones, tablets and computers.

"Housecall Pro"

What do you like best?

I like how it automatically saves most changes or scheduling that is done. Everything is made easy for the vendor.

What do you dislike?

How it does not send a reminder of who has not paid.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems that are being solved are scheduling , organization and payment from clients. I realized it makes a clear schedule and it very easy to schedule out the week.

The Perfect Service App

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that HouseCall Pro is a mobile-first application. No need to log on to the web for it to work. Our techs can now accept credit card payments and everything is updated in real time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks reporting functionalities. Add them and I will be very ompressed. Other than that, it has everything we need to help us with our operations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

HouseCall Pro enabled us to collect payments via credit cards, thus increasing our same day collections by up to 85%. Our customers' credit card information and numbers are also secure as we no longer have to write them down.

A Great Service App

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Schedule management for our Cleaning Company has become simpler since we started using HouseCall Pro. It is a user-friendly, proactive too with excellent customer service to boot. The price is also cost-effective. I highly recommend this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I dislike about the software. It is everything we need from a cloud-bsed marketing software. Customer service is unmatched and the interface is fluid and very intuitive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

HouseCall makes my job a whole lot easier and faster. I am responsible with many things such as giving estimates, scheduling jobs, assigning people to jobs, etc. HouseCall Pro saves me 2-3 hours a day because of the automation it brings to the table.

Awesome Software For Service Industry Businesses

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

HouseCall Pro has a very friendly and intuitive interface. Integrattion with Quickbooks is very seamless. It allows me access in the field, so I am aware of what's going on at all times. The best part is they continue of developing their product, adding on more features. They take into consideration the inputs and feedbacks of their users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had a hard time choosing which package I need for my business. It was my fault to be honest. I should have asked questions so I could get the best solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

HouseCall Pro has addressed my communication problems and enable me to redirect resources (teams) quickly without having to make a lot of phone calls.

What do you like best?

Housecall makes it easy to track your sales and appointments.

What do you dislike?

Housecall can get a little confusing on the user's side but with explanation, it makes it easier.

Housecall Pro is an easy way to track sales and follow up appointments. it has a very easy user interface with great graphs for sales

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems I was running into before using housecall was being unable to keep track of my sales appointments and which employee was going where and when. The benefits I realized were that you can have a live track of the employee and know exactly when payment is made, how it was made and which deals I need to follow up on

technology that serves to send appointments to emails in order to configure reports and labels in this regard.

What do you dislike?

in fact no comment, since the system is updated automatically, and if any problem arises this system would lend its support to fix it.

It makes it easier to see all the bills, since through this system you can configure the payment by emails and not through calls.

"Good option for everyone "

What do you like best?

Easy to use and very intuitive. Really useful for my enterprise and for the use I make of it. I'm quite happy with it and have no important issues or complains. We used it during almost 1 year and a half.

What do you dislike?

Nothing specially it all works fine for me so I'm very happy with it but finally we are no longer working with it. But I would consider to work again with this product cause the change was not because we didn't like was more an operation necessaty the make me change to another product.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend everyone to try it because it really works fine and I think you would, do fine very useful

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

All of them quickly and easy all the time. Really recommend it. But thereally are other good options on the market and finally we decided to change. Although I'm working in a very very small company and for sure it is more useful on big companies more than in the small ones just like mine.
